Comms could improve
I needed a new handset due to a broken phone which meant i had to cancel my current, cheaper, perfectly usable account to start a new one for 24 months at twice the price. It was with the same provider but i still had to change my number. Hugely annoying but not direct mobiles fault. I chose my new phone, did everything i was supposed to in order to receive my next day delivery. Direct mobiles placed the order and then i received a generic email stating they won't have the phone of choice in stock for 5 days+.
I feel like this was something they would of known and it was information they should have offered up. Instead they didn't answer the phones and ignored two emails. I finally got through to someone the following day of which the service was good but i ended up with a higher end phone with less memory than the one i had chosen because they had those in stock. It was that or try to run a business with no phone for another week, following five days of no phone initially. Not the end of the world. Just not great communication from them i thought could of been avoided...

A Very Smooth Experience
I ordered my new phone mid week with next day delivery ready for a business trip on Sunday. I was initially informed that due to low stock it would be up to 5 days late but I had an email on the Friday saying it was arriving on Saturday. The handset arrived with no issues at all. Overall, buying this handset and contract was pretty much perfect with no complaints from me. It was also the best deal on the market for the handset I wanted at the time so I got a massive bargain.

Faulty handset solved as quickly as possible
Great service from direct mobiles unfortunately I had a faulty handset delivered to me as I chose the option of getting a refurbished phone replacement handset is working great though. I really think this company goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied I just got unlucky with the first phone. Replacement was quickly dealt with and I had another phone perhaps a little bit too delayed as I missed about 15 days of my contract due to this so I paid for the first month and didn’t get to use the phone, but that’s no ones fault just an unlucky customer

Brilliant experience
We were a little hestitant to buy at first as never heard of company and didn’t know how it would be. However we were pleasantly surprised had someone call us to confirm our order was correct as had ordered 2 phones. One phone arrived next day as stated the other we had to wait for stock but we were kept updated the whole time. Can’t fault them would buy again :)
