I ordered a product that was supposed to be delivered within 2 working days. Of course, they also charged a higher delivery fee for that. The tracking number only worked for 12h, since then GLS does not provide any information about the shipment. It's been more than 5 working days and I don't have the product or any information about where the package could be.

I was very glad that DirectRepair carry the Kenwood item i needed AND they deliver to Ireland (a bit costly but it was worth in my case).
Delivery took somewhat longer then the advised 2 to 3 days which would be ok by me if told upfront

Ordered a filter for my steam iron and they said it was available. 4 weeks later still no filter. Have had to buy another iron as it won't work without it.
Don't say you can deliver parts when you obviously can't. I want a refund!

I’m still waiting on the parts ordered on the 30/6/23 so I’m not happy

Communication was not great. I had to reexplain things, they called me a different name, etc. But once we found the part, delivery was fast

The description of the parts were accurate, fast dispatch and delivery.

Delivered quickly and the part was the correct one. I had the machine working again within days.

Probably not entirely in DirectRepair's control but the shipping and handling almost cost as much as the parts - i wonder if standard postal service would not have been more economical and cheaper.
As salvage of anchor bolts is well nigh impossible, then inclusion of replacements would have been 'nice'.

One of the few vendors that had the part that I required. Timely delivery was nice too.

I keep getting emails to give you a review on TrustPilot. Well, there you have it: the site said the piece would be delivered the following day, and I didnt get it until a couple weeks later. If you dont have a piece in stock, don't say you can deliver it the next day. I didnt get an option to cancel the order either, so I was stuck for two weeks without my money and without the piece I ordered. The main reason why I'm giving the lowest rating is because you keep spamming me to leave a review - I'm normally more of the opinion that, if you have nothing good to say, then say nothing. But you kept insisting. As they say, be careful what you wish for.

Really good service and happy to receive this item. I just found delivery cost for such a small item (small lid) was very expensive. Also unnecessary packaging - 2 medium boxes again for such a small item? And why 2 boxes?
