I originally ordered just a single item from this collection. However, before I even realized what was happening, more products started arriving one after another. For each additional item, they demanded €50 — even though I clearly only wanted ONE.

Every time I contacted them, I kept receiving the same useless, copy-paste responses. It honestly feels like once you give them an inch, they take a mile.

To make things worse, the second item they sent is almost identical to the first — there is practically no difference at all. I asked them to cancel the second shipment, and even requested to cancel everything entirely if this was going to continue. Not a single helpful or meaningful response. Just automated replies over and over again.

This is nothing but a money trap. Please do NOT fall for it.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this company, and I will never shop from their website again. It’s incredibly disappointing — I actually intended to build a nice collection by buying different models I liked. Instead, I’m left dealing with poor service, no real communication, and a company that clearly does not listen to its customers.

They may look like a big, reputable brand when you check their sponsors, but that’s all it is: an image. Nothing more.

Absolutely shocking!!! Material is disgusting and items nothing like described or shown . Told me it would be 30% off my money for a cancellation order because it had been dispatched, was in fact NOT dispatched or even packed for another week so I said I'd wait for a full refund once arrived, now refusing refund at all. Absolutely shocking customer service and company, DO NOT USE EVER!!!!!!!!!

Cannot unsubscribe from new coins! Terrible customer support that not answering on email or whatsoever...

Please warn everyone to stay clear of these products. They are absolutely nothing like the photographs. We’ve just received a cat ornament, and it is cheap and tacky looking. We have asked for a refund and to send it back. Please people, do not buy these products, they are a complete and utter waste of money. Cheap and tacky

I had accidentally selected to receive follow-up shipments when ordering, so I received another package with a payment invoice. I talked to Jawin over email and the issue was promptly resolved.
Make sure to mention that the order is a one-time order in case anyone is buying just once.

I Order the Sail Amsterdam 2025 coin and it was so easy to order, so fast to receive the order at home and easy to pay after yo receive it. It is not my first order, I am collecting coins of this kind and I am always looking for new collection that you offer. Thank you very much.

Initially I bought a coin for the celebration of the sail Amsterdam 2025. After this I received a nice call from the Edelcollecties asking if I would also like the prestige set. I am very happy to have received this and it looks amazing.

I have no clue about my order. Every time I WhatsApp, I get the same response it would come today or tomorrow. There is no tracking and not sure if I will ever receive what I bought on the website.
I got a call the moment I write the review and was asked to wait until Saturday but have not got anything. They just want a 5* rating but I guess this is farce and bogus. Thankfully I paid from my CC and will file a formal complaint. Please don’t buy from this site as you will just lose your money

The purchase process was clearly explained. The item I received was to a great extent identical to the pictures on the website.

However, without my consent Edel posted the second coin and automatically debited me although I had communicated that I didn't want any subscription of their products.

Beware of scammers. They used my data and sent a parcel that I did not order. I did not place an order on your website. You just sent some parcel and demanded that I pay for it. This is outrageous. I sent your parcel back to you!

Good service only lack in some clarity but they did compensate well

Made purchase of F-16 anniversary coin, by my mistake I've selected a subscription, but fortunately all was sort thank to Benjamin.
The coin is beautiful well packaged and great quality

We've ordered sth about a month ago, got delivered & were pleased with this.
However, afterwards they started to send invoices on things we didn't order, haven't received, and are impossible to contact. Today we've got a 'reminder for payment' again, without being able to get through upon calling and mailing them.
If this is how they get their business done: don't do it.

This coin is infused with spiritual presence. Whether you are religious or not, you sense it was minted with more than just metal. It is an amethyst: a spiritual crystal, modest in size but deep in meaning.

Communication was good. Received goods in good order and well packed in the time as promised.

I received a package from this company which I didn’t order. I believe it’s a sort of scam or sth. similar. I provided the details to my lawyer to avoid any further issue. We’ll take a legal action just in case.
