Experience ordering venting skylight and quality of product was fine but no winding rod was included in boxing despite clearly stating that one was included in the price. This is unfortunately not the first time its happened and trying to get supplier to honour their contract in full is next to impossible! On this occasion i had to go back to them and pay an additional £40+ to get one - NOT happy

We dont pre drill the domes incase the customer has holes to match up with on the upstand, I could have provided you with the fixing instructions if you were unsure.
Pleased to see you managed though.
Disappointing service turn around
Promised delivery within 4 weeks of order but took nearly twice that. Put my work back over a month as a result.

There is always a risk of glass being delivered damaged etc, but we do our best to keep you updated and informed on progress.
