Absolutely amazing customer service!!! our order came in two separate deliveries, we were kept informed and up to date with the progress, any worries or queries I had were answered quickly and with all the Information I needed , I would 100% recommend and use Direct Roof lights again

Anthracite colour (7016) is Black NOT Grey
We purchased a flat roof light this year and ordered the colour Anthracite (7016) but when delivered it was black. Phoned company to be told that they don’t come in Black, only Anthracite and White. I have emailed the company a number of times for an explanation and received a poor response and emailed again for a more detailed explanation about why the Anthracite colour is black, even though they promote the industry code of 7016 for the colour of Anthracite on their website, but my emails are now not answered. We have doors and bi-folds in Anthracite (7016) and this is clearly a Grey colour and makes the roof light look even more like Black. Poor customer service and no aftercare ONLY SILENCE. Once they have your money the silence starts and the prospect of Customer service wains. I’d suggest that if you want the colour to be Grey don’t buy from Direct Roof Lights because you will get Black

I recently purchased a roof lighting system from this company and unfortunately made a very amateur DIY mistake with my order.
Sarah Wilkinson at this company, was incredibly helpful and understanding and was able to correct my error without fuss.

Ordered two rooflights, they've made a huge difference to my kitchen's heat insulation after replacing a single layer of perspex fitted by the builder. The supplied fitting kit was perfect too (that should be mentioned on the website).
