Ditto to another customer, namely: The work done in 2017 was fine, however the pigeon mesh has come away. I have a ten year warranty which appears to be worthless as the company appears to have closed. If anyone how I can contact the company in a revised form or the boss man, Steve Metcalfe - please let me know.

Their crew were very efficient. Did a through work and we are getting more from our panels now.

Great job removing pigeons and fitting mesh round 16 solar panels. Job was carried out quickly and area left clean and tidy.

A very professional company. The team arrived early and completed the job in 2 hours. Photos of the roof were then sent to me for review. Caging and solars looked very good and clean.

Had pigeon prohibiting wire fitted to solar panels. Cleaned out old nest material and thought cleaned area. Great job clean and tidy well done

Excellent service provided by the Direct Solar Care team. They arrived when they said they would, and worked steadily until the job was completed. Courteous and unfussy, got to work straight away, and cleaned up thoroughly on completion. Very satisfied both with the men who did the job and the quality of the product. No negatives at all.

Very efficient, explained everything that was going to be done, showed numerous photos of roof, panels, etc existing damage to some roof tiles and to three panels, but said panel damage would not be an issue for operational needs.
All in all very satisfied.

I was expecting the solar panel team to arrive between 9 & 11am but I was pleasantly surprised when at 7.30am there van pulled onto my drive. The two young men explained to me what they were going to do and then proceeded with the work. Within 2 hours the work was complete and they even cleaned out the guttering on the front of my property at no extra charge. All in all from the start of my quote to the completion of work the professionalism from the company was 100% I would recommend this company on their work and value for money

After service is poor. The installation of the meshing was good and has prevented the pigeons getting under the solar panels. However a week or so after the installation we had a leak in our roof. When we got someone to have a look 7 tiles had been pushed up. This is only done so people working on your roof can walk along without damaging it apparently. The tiles moved were perfectly positioned in line with the solar panels so could only have been lifted when the meshing was installed as nobody else had been up there. I phoned to complain and the response I recieved was shocking. Basically they denied it being them stating their worker had not been where the tiles had been lifted (I saw them that side) and it was not their fault. A manager stated they would come back and fix a rip in the lining under the tiles however after many follow up emails they have not come and are now ignoring me. Really poor service. I wasn't even chasing them for the water damage inside! Just to repair what they had damaged.

We are really pleased with the solar panel pigeon proofing we have had fitted by Direct Solar Care. Communication with the company has been excellent throughout - really clear emails and friendly and professional phone calls. The fitters were also punctual, polite, professional and knowledgeable.
