Stay away from this supplier as they trap you by advertising lower prices and not fulfilling your order due to stock issues. I placed the order and they took money out of my account and later I also got a confirmation email for order dispatch but nothing after that.

I waited few days and then after calling and chasing I was told they do not have stock and I am talking after 2 weeks. They kept my money for 2 weeks and then gave me option to get half of my order and get a refund of half.

I would not recommend this supplier to anyone due to wasting my time and holding money for no reason and not keeping me updated in regards to my order.

They really don't care for their customers

Delivery received on time and item has been well packed and as described on website, website easy to use.

Placed an order on a Sunday and arrived Tuesday morning..... + the most competitive prices I could find. Well packaged, and delivered with care. I'm not one to feedback but credit where credit is due. A+++++ No complaints from me!

Was a bit worried by some of the reviews about customer service but have no fear, they surpassed my expectations. Floor lamp and ceiling light fitting and bulbs purchased. Fantastic prices and delivery quick and well packaged. Was missing 3 bulbs but quickly sorted out and some sent out 1st class. Well done DTS one happy customer.

Even through the Royal Mail strikes in December, DTS delivered. I have ordered lights and smoke alarm detectors. They are very informative and provide a great service. Have tried a few firms in my refurbishment and can honestly say, they have a huge range and the best customer service so far. Very pleased.

Do not buy! This company are terrible, we ordered a part for our heating system which stated 1-4 days, we are now on day 5 and we have been told the part will be with us in another 4 days, in the meantime we have no heating in the middle of January with two young children and are facing temperatures down to -6 this week. I have found the exact same product on Amazon available on prime. My husband ordered thinking it wouldn’t be an option on Amazon but we could have avoided a very cold week, add into the mix that you can’t get hold of this company at weekends to cancel the order or to ask why the delivery is taking much longer than stated and when you do get through they seem not to care, offer excuses and say there is nothing they can do it will still be 4 days it’s a very bad experience.

Very impressed with Direct Trade supplies. My lights were very well packaged & arrived safely. I did worry when 1 out of 2 packages arrived and the paperwork said they had both been delivered. I called & was told that I should wait a day or 2 as the courier had probably split them up. The very next day it arrived. The lights look fantastic up. I chose a 3 arm chandelier for the Lounge & the same in the five arm for the dining room. I would definitely buy from you again

I ordered some outdoor lights for my drive and found Direct Trade Supplies were offering them at the best price by far. Ordering from the website was really straightforward and delivery was really prompt. All in all a positive experience and I can recommend this company and would use again.

speedy dispatch and when the item was identified faulty on installation 2 weeks later there was no quibble from the company, they simply sent me a pre paid returns label and have replaced the item. Very happy

Ordered two light fittings. Not in stock but very quickly sourced from supplier and promptly delivered. Very competitively priced. Item was well packaged and exactly as described. One of the few suppliers I could find that could be bothered to ship outside of the UK....seems that most others have given up due to the overhead introduced by the Brexit disaster. Would happily use again.

Richard was very helpful with product knowledge and sourcing older rcd product, assisting with my order without any delays. Went beyond with arranging for courier delivery.

Ordered £600 worth of equipment from Direct trade and couldn't even get a call regarding stock they didn't have in stock - I had to make a phone call after 3 days of no communication from them in order to find out my equipment wasn't in stock!
I called back 3 days later to get told my stuff was in the warehouse and would I like it to be shipped??!!!
Whole experience was terrible.
I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Selling products without have them in stocks, then issued refund waisted a week waiting for something what will never arrive
