Exactly one year ago I bought a OHME home pro ev charger from DTS and everything was perfect with the delivery ,price and service. Roll the clock forward a year and my daughter is entering the world of ev's so I was straight back to DTS. This time there was a minor annoyance in the fact that the unit didn't arrive next day but it did arrive the day after. It was no great problem to daughter as the electrician isnt coming till Friday. Nonetheless I wouldn't hesitate to use DTS again. BTW the delivery is free

Purchased a Wallbox EV charger, the price was very competitive and the unit was delivered promptly. The electrician who fitted the unit made contact with the company to clarify something and was helped in a professional manner.

Once I start the charger using the wall box app the charger disconnect by itself after ten minutes .I tried to contact the wallbix app help centre with no lack.

Great service, price & delivery the next day….but it hasn’t been fitted yet…

Problem with a panel supplied, damaged by couriers, spoke to Leon supplied photos without hesitancy A new replacement panel was supplied and sent within 48 hrs. At no extra cost. Brilliant Service. Will highly recommend.

Product was out of stock but they emailed with option of refund or to wait. We chose to wait and product came sooner than they had thought. Great communication and delivery.

the intercom was faulty and as usual its the installer that has to pay the price. lost half a day exchanging it COST £130 PROFIT GONE looks bad with the customer there will be no recommendations from that one.
