Well I was disappointed to start with, when I received an email to tell me my purchase was not available. However I was please to get a follow up suggesting an alternative purchase. The alternative was not what I required and therefore I had to cancel my order. another email thanked me for my original order and let me know a full refund would be issued. the refund was in my bank within days, so although a little disappionted, the process from start to finish was exemplary.

The price of the henry hoover I bought was not bad at all it was very reasonable and the product itself was in good condition for refurbished. But the company leaks customer services skills as I had not been told what shipping company the parcel was being sent by or when it would arrive. So contacted them by email to no response. I ended up having to use one of the 3rd party sites that can track order numbers instead of tracking code and found the parcel that way.

I’m genuinely impressed. Delivery was next day, everything was securely packed, and the machine arrived very clean and in great condition. Great and fair price. The Nespresso by De’Longhi Lattissima One works perfectly with no issues at all.
