My refurbished Henry vacuum was delivered a couple of months ago and it's arrived without the actual battery. I got in touch with them and they asked me to send photos via email which I did but heard nothing back so I wouldn't recommend them

Damaged on delivery
The induction hob was delivered with all the glass smashed to pieces. This might be the fault of the delivery people rather than Vacuums Direct, but the hob was definitely not packaged properly to be protected.
Customer service to correct this issue was excellent.
