Oder Unfulfilled for 3 Years, Asked For Refund, Got Blocked
I placed an order for three "Mystery Sweaters" on September 1st of 2017. After three months of my order status being unfulfilled, I sent an email to ask about my order, and did not receive a response even a month later. I have periodically sent emails every few months since then, and even tried to contact them through social media, but did not get a single response. Not until today. I sent an email yesterday asking for a refund instead of just asking them for information about my order, and they replied by BLOCKING MY EMAIL!!!
Their website says that they complete orders in about 8 weeks and respond to emails in about 72 hours, but human error is a thing, and mistakes happen. This is beyond forgivable little accidents. If you look at their other reviews, especially on the BBB, they are consistently failing to reply to emails or fulfill orders. Even if it isn't a scam, these are still deplorable business practices. Do not do business with this company.
