Went above and beyond, excellent work
Disaster Care helped me when I had a leak in my flat, first by removing my belongings to storage then by stripping the black mould that had built up.
They turned up on time, calling ahead to let me know they're coming - the one time they were late they called well ahead to let me know that they were running late and when they would arrive. Everyone uniformed, polite, taking excellent care of my belongings and flat.
A special shout-out to Sam who went above and beyond to really help with the mould problem - amazing work!

Very professional team
Very professional team. My flood occurred late on a Friday evening and Disaster Care Capital took care of everything really quickly. By Saturday morning, they had sent a technician to fit drying machines and produced a comprehensive report that we could share with our insurance company. Highly professional team and I would recommend to anyone else in a similar situation.

Disaster Care Capital…
The loss adjusters appointed DC Capital on a Friday afternoon after a flood and the boss himself took the trouble to come straight away to install de-humidifiers etc. This was quickly followed by an electrical check and then constant visits over the next eight weeks to monitor the drying process. Very thorough and competent. All very nice guys. Obviously a very successful business and deserve to be. I couldn't fault DC Capital.
