I also didn't receive the £150 Amazon voucher within the stated three months after having initially received successful tracking emails. I followed up by email and after a week of exchanges and providing evidence it was sent to me. Deducted one star as not received automatically as I guess they hope most people forget/don't bother but it's not a scam.

I didn't receive the reward within the 4 months stated, so emailed customer services. My email was responded to the next day and I provided the information asked for. The following day, I was asked which retailer I would like the gift card for and I received the gift card the day after that. Ricardo responded and dealt with my issue promptly and I was happy with the service.
I have deducted one star due to not receiving the reward automatically.

I'm having to write this review again as there's no option to reply on my previous review. You said you sent my reward in January 2023 but that was a previous award, this one is from a purchase in November 2023. I Still haven't received my reward from a year ago! No reply to the many emails i have sent. I previously left a review on here, they replied with an email address to contact but i sent another 2 emails with no reply!

Tried the simba mattress deal where you get £250 Cashback with very low expectations that we would ever get the voucher. Within a week of the mattress arriving we were sent the £250! Doubled up with black Friday we were delighted as the Cashback worked with the deal on the website. Customer service on email was great too!

Isn't it a bit strange that nearly every single customer (including myself) did not automatically get the gift cards that they were clearly entitled to when clicking through them to make a qualifying purchase. They must hope that most customers won't bother chasing it up. They tried to tell me that I had to wait 4 months after using a Hotels.com booking to get my gift card in case I cancel it. How can I cancel a booking up to 4 months later?!
I've reported them to Trading Standards and the Financial Conduct Authority as this is blatant misrepresentation and false advertising.
