Ricardo managed to locate my lost reward. He stated that there was no tracking found on the system despite the emails which I had received confirming tracking. Ricardo did help myself by sending over the £30 voucher as promised however. Many thanks to this colleague.

Used the code in May for a purchase at John Lewis. Waited and waited but no reward - and nowhere to log into to check progress. Emailed to chase, with the only information I had (email tracking reward and confirmation of purchase) and they are now asking for other emails I never got and what discount was applied (it was a watch on special offer). Awful service. Do not use!

Update 18/11/24: Ricardo from the company reached out to me following my review and I'm pleased to have now received the voucher I was promised. Many thanks to Ricardo for sorting this out for me. Review upgraded to 4 stars (I'm a generous person lol!) due to this. It's just a shame I had to complain on here before anything was done.
I've never been a moaner (check out my previous reviews) but I'm afraid I've not been impressed at all with this company. Made a booking at booking.com using their link offering a £70 voucher, got an email stating they have a record of the payment 3/7/24 then a further email 3/8/24 stating everything had tracked and get ready to receive your voucher.
Now over 3 months have passed and there's been a deathly silence ever since even though I've sent numerous emails querying where my promised voucher is. Not even the decency of a reply.
A promise is a promise in my world and I'm deeply disappointed at the service I've received.

Shockingly appalling and rude customer (no) service. Steer well clear of believing that you’ll get a voucher from this company. They batted me back to the retailer repeatedly and ignored most of my emails until I was forced to take it higher. They then blamed it on a technical issue. No technical skills required for manners.

Initially I did not get any replies to my e mails about my missing gift voucher hence only 3 star rating. However, once contact was made my issue was resolved efficiently even though I did not have full details of the offer. Fortunately, I had kept one e mail to say purchase confirmed which was necessary to receive a voucher. I would not have received my gift voucher without the assistance of the customer service team so full credit to them.

Originally advised by email that I would receive my £100 reward voucher within 3 months. As this did not happen I chased this with Ricardo, who asked me to supply evidence of the offer and my qualifying purchase. Following day received the voucher. Thank you to Ricardo.

I booked a holiday with TUI well over 18 months ago through the link. I emailed them after, as it worked slightly different to how I am used to be TopCashBack. It didn't seem to log or be tracked. After I got back from the holiday, I replied to the email thread and after a short back and forth I was given my voucher. Very happy with the service.

Codeword are not working properly sometimes till later. a letter is sometimes missed out also so I don’t bother. Too many ads aswell. A strange thing. Thanks for the reply but this has been happening for years, especially the awful too many ads and missing out a letter. It’s not the iPad.

I made a booking about 8-9 months ago and after chasing multiple times someone called Pierre got in touch to say that your claim has been approved and which retailer you would like to choose. I asked him for options and after that I was completely ghosted. Have been again playing the chasing game for nearly a month but no response whasoever

Wow! My opinion on these incentive schemes has really changed. Made a recent booking via Mail on line, but never expected the promised gift card to materialise. Within 2 weeks, and invaluable assistance from Pierre, the gift card was received by email. Amazing....and I'm now looking for my next deal.
