Absolutely awful - do not use. 0 Stars. Ordered with this company as their website said next day delivery. They do not actually offer next day delivery and said this was a mistake!? Only placed the order with them as they had offered next day delivery specifically on their site (*they are now changing this) and hugely let down. I appreciate this is a first world problem but now have no shoes to play in this weekend. Do not use.

I was a little concerned after seeing all the negative reviews however, the item arrived in 4 days. I also made contact with Discount Cricket Outlet via the web chat and had my query answered immediately. The item could be tracked all the way via the Evri app.

Generally a very good experience although dispatch/delivery was a little slow. I had to email in after 3-4 days to ask why a midweek order hadn't been dispatched. Within an hour after sending my email I had a dispatch notice. Although there was a sizing issue resulting in an exchange, which was delivered to you on Friday 10th June, I'm hoping to receive a dispatch notice today 13th June to have the new size shoes delivered before Friday 17th.

I was worried after seeing all the negative reviews and spending just over £500 here. But the customer service was quick and responsive, and my order was delivered in under a week even with 2 bank holidays.

To accompany some of the shocking examples of customer service on this site, I would like to add my experience.
A really poor customer experience from start to finish. It starts with long delivery times and ends with a faulty cricket bat they wouldn’t exchange.

I had followed all instruction to oil, knock in for correct hours etc etc however, the first time I used it the bat split at the bottom. I emailed them (happy to share these) and was told it was user error and a fault that hadn’t been seen before……I mean I’m fairly sure a bat is supposed to hit a ball!! Just complete arrogance or ignorance. They didn’t replace, they were adamant it was “user error”!

The final delight was they didn’t even try to find me a solution, not even a repair kit showing that they don’t actually care about their customers at all. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS
