Terrible, would never order from them again. I ordered a full set of junior cricket equipment, I got an email confirming my order but no indication of the expected delivery date. After a couple of weeks I called them and asked what was going on and I was told the order would be dispatched on that day. Three days later I got another email saying my order had been dispatched but again no confirmation of the expected arrival date. When the order arrived two of the items were in the wrong size. Since then I've been repeatedly trying to contact them in order to return these items but with no luck so far. I'd never order anything from this company ever again and would recommend you avoid then at all costs.

Worst cricket company in the land. Avoid - Ended up driving a two hour round trip to collect a bag from their Leeds shop as I couldn't get hold of anybody. Customer service + phones don't exist. The lad behind the counter just laughed when I said 'I bet I'm not the first'!! If you want cricket items for the start of the 2023 season then order if not go else where.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We wanted to exchange an expensive helmet. Emailed four times over a period of 4 weeks with no response. Finally got through to them on the phone after repeated phone calls. I then wanted to return the replacement they sent and they refused to because I was outside of the returns period. Given they didn't respond for 4 weeks originally this is very poor.

Purchased a pair of cricket spikes in August 2021. came quickly but were too big. Wanted to exchange. Tried to phone multiple times, no answer. Discovered they were part of allrounder cricket, so tried to contact them. No answer. Tried to use chat on website. No reply. Put message on Instagram, no reply. Tried to email using info@ address, but they bounced back. Gave up. But then start of cricket season, thought I would give it another try. Got through on the phone but they say there is no record of the instagram message even though I can see it on my daughter's phone. They say they can see that I tried to send a message via the chat but apparently they said I must have made a mistake and not sent it properly because it didn't go through to an adviser. I am not sure how that is possible: you just press 'send' or 'leave a message'. So because it is so long since we purchased the shoes they are not going to do anything about it. 'It is out of their hands' apparently.

Wrong size bat sent, pads were left handed not right handed. Poor customer service, no one got back to you. Took a long time to resolve… and still not resolved! Would go elsewhere!

Advertise goods they don't have in stock despite still advertising same product across the network !!
No confirmation email. No contact at all.
Looks like they are affiliated to another online 'sports' company so beware and do your research....if only I had done that :(
Expensive Christmas present I ordered and paid for won't be coming now...and no refund in my bank until after Christmas I've been told. I really don't have the money to buy something else for my cricket loving son so really let me down and they do not care one jot!

I needed to return my product the email address provide that ends discountcricketoutlet.com always comes back as undelivereable and no one ever answers the phone on the number provided 0113 457 6666. Very disappointing.

After many historical negative reviews I thought it only right to give and updated review. They were swift to deliver, courteous on the phone and all round very efficient. Maybe they had a blip during the lockdown when everyone was struggling but all was A1 for me. many thanks.

Order finally arrived this morning - a month after ordering with ‘express delivery’. No communication from them, no emails answered, no phone calls answered. 100% will not be using this company again.

Order came from All Rounder Cricket so not entirely sure who I should be reviewing really..

Terrible service. England cricket shirt ordered.. took over a week to arrive...paid for sons name on back- not done. Never answer the phone or email.

Following on from my previous review whereby I was starting to think these were not a legitimate company. Today I received my order. As paid for and as expected.
I think the main issue here is two companies affiliated to one another, Discount Cricket Outlet, who basically never respond to you and All Rounder Cricket (Leeds)
I paid and ordered through Discount Cricket but my order was fulfilled by All Rounder.
Please both, sort this out. It doesn’t make for good customer relations or returning customers as I certainly wont be returning.
You can see from the recent reviews your not doing very well and it’s not working!

I placed an order for some pads and a thigh guard last Sunday. I Immediately received a confirmation email saying that a delivery date would be provided once the items had shipped, which didn’t initially concern me. The website said items would be packaged the following day so I didn’t expect it would be long before I heard about delivery.

After a couple of days without further contact, I chased them up. This is where things got a bit weird. There was no answer on any of their phone numbers and the email address on the confirmation email was invalid. So I did some digging and got a bit worried when I found comments from other customers who’d had issues with getting hold of someone and waiting an age for delivery. I was basically experiencing what many of the reviewers on here have complained about.

I managed to make contact via Instagram, private messaging All Rounder Cricket – their parent company. They were very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The pads I had ordered were no longer in stock, so they apologised and offered me a choice of a couple of alternative items at a slightly higher price point instead, without additional charge. They also offered me a more expensive set of pads, the upgraded version of the ones I had initially ordered, and offered to pay half of the difference. In the circumstances this really impressed me, and they were delivered the following day.

I probably would not shop with them again, just because it wasn't the hassle-free experience I prefer. But if you aren't in a rush for your kit and you don't mind the potential for having to do a bit of chasing in exchange for superb prices, then you might think it's worth taking your chances!

They have completely disappeared.

This is beginning to look like a scam. Ordered a training shirt for about £45 a month ago. They have taken the money, haven’t supplied the product, won’t answer the phone, won’t respond to emails. What is going on?

They are part of All Rounder Cricket who have gone similarly awol, but have a shop in Leeds so I will go in and ask.

I’m getting concerned if these are even legit now as no items been received after Order & full payment a month ago and still no sign of delivery.

Concerned gut feeling something isn’t right with these.

Today, I visited the head office of discount cricket in Morley Leeds, I wanted to know where my order was . The staff were in the middle of unloading loads of vices of T20 cricket shirts, shirts that were promised to be delivered on the 1st July. The staff were brilliant and very apologetic - they opened a box there and then to give me my shirt and as an apology for a delay not caused by them they gave me a cap free of charge. I would like to thank them and apologies for my first review. I will order from you again thank you

I had to give this one star because I couldn’t give it none, appalling customer service - order not delivered after a month. Don’t order on line you will lose your money as no one answers calls or emails

Has Discount cricket outlet closed down as I have tried to phone for two days to check my order and no one answers and my e mails are bouncing back as well
