Avoid this company appalling customer…

Avoid this company appalling customer service. Purchased a pair of cricket trousers however they are too big for my son so want to return them. Well, like a number of reviews on here I am unable to contact them via phone, contact form or email. They are part of All Rounder group so I will be physically visiting the shop to obtain a refund which is very inconvenient. The one star provided is for actually fulfilling the order which based on some reviews i should be grateful for.

Avoid!!!
Bought a wheelie bag, a far cheaper duffle bag has been delivered. No option to return the item, email address gets bounced back and phone calls are ignored.

Nightmare of a company

I echo what everyone is saying, this is a nightmare of a company, they either don't answer the phone, or their phone number doesn't work. Emails bounce back and they ignore messages submitted through their site.

Bogus company?!

Doesn’t seem like this is a genuine company. Take orders that don’t seem to get fulfilled! No dispatch notice says after purchase. Ccompany email bounces and phones don’t get answered. Wish I had read other reviews here on TrustPilot first before ordering!!

Stay clear of this company appalling…

Stay clear of this company appalling service, placed a order for thigh pad and spikes, 9 days later order arrived with a pair of spikes without spikes in the box and no thigh pad and now trying to get hold of them and no answer ridiculous

Shocking business!

Shocking business! I returned my order and no refund! I’ve tried to contact them via email three times no response and can’t get through to speak to anyone. Please avoid this shambolic company!

DO NOT ORDER

Total farce. Does this company exist? Do not order under any circumstances. Placed an order a week ago, took my money, no items or details received. I’ve tried calling numerous times and the email was returned undeliverable. Need to raise a dispute via the bank for money back.

No response and then they cancelled

Placed the order and then 6 days later I hadn’t had a confirmation that they had shipped so I emailed them - email address is not valid. I phoned and there is just an automated message. They are part of a different company that I emailed and they responded back the same day...by cancelling. They ‘won’t be able to fulfil your order’. I’ll be keeping an eye out for the refund!

Wrong product delivered

Ordered a pair of Puma 19.1 bowling spikes, received Puma 19.2 which offer far less support and also cost ~£30 less. The wrong shoes.

Email address doesn't exist according to google, 2hrs on hold to no avail, and no response to the form on the website.

Very frustrated and out of pocket.

Shocking Customer Service

Ordered shoes which arrived with no spikes in the shoes or box so useless. Emailed and phoned - email undeliverable and phone number to voicemail but no callback - do not buy must be a scam

I placed an order and received half of…

I placed an order and received half of it. I got a refund for one of the items they didn’t deliver however I am waiting for the other item to either turn up will be refunded.,
Their email address no longer works and bounces back saying that he does not exist.
I have tried calling however their phone lines apparently not been working for 10 days.
On attempting to speak to an online chat person I’m constantly told the wait is 10 minutes and this does not change for over an hour.

Today a week after continually trying to contact them the phone lines are apparently back working. However I have just spent 15 minutes with the phone constantly ringing so they clearly are not answering.

Really quite annoyed by this and I would not recommend For customer service in the slightest.

Why didn't I check the reviews! Avoid!

Why didn't I check the reviews first!!!!
Lovely cheap prices - just don't expect them to actually send the goods.
Placed an order. Nothing. Tried phone a few days later - the phones are "out of order".
Tried emailing, email got returned.
Got through to someone on "chat" eventually - turns out my order hadn't gone anywhere.

Bit sceptic but all went well!

I was a bit sceptic after seeing all the negative reviews, but ordered anyway on March 20th. I contacted the shop through the chat on their website and got a very kind and personal response. The new cricket bat for my son arrived today. So I give them 5 stars for a super service at a very competitive price.

Unfortunately I think this retailer has closed down as they don't seem to be responding to emails, nor answering the phone, nor responding to their very own LiveChat feed.
I can't recommend anyone order from them as they don't seem to be open for business? I wouldn't place an order with them unless you are totally happy and don't require any customer service or follow up support.
I only want to change an item bought as a Christmas present for a different size, but I can't get hold of anyone despite numerous attempts. I'm now concerned as the product purchased for me was made close to 1 month ago now.

Update. Fair play they resolved the issue but not without a bit of pain

Poor order experience

Ordered some shoes before I had checked this site unfortunately. Chased up order (to be fair only after a few days) and was informed the order would be despatched on Wednesday with delivery by the weekend. Chased up on Thursday as had no confirmation of despatch and was informed via live chat that shoes would arrive today or tomorrow, all good so far. Just received an email saying shoes are not in stock and won't be in until next week! In commerce trust is everything so being lied to twice is not really a good place to be!
Despite the best efforts of someone at AllRounder (and she did try all she could) I have asked for a refund so we'll see if the money is returned in a timely way.
I'm not going to comment on the organisation as a whole as one incident shouldn't define this company, but being mislead twice isn't a good place to be.
