Bought a vehicle from them and within two weeks the vehicle broke down with catastrophic ECU failure. They would only pay half. Then the throttle body went one week later. The following week the accelerator pedal broke. Then the diverter valve on the turbo. Now the timing chain needs replacing. The warranty on the car doesn’t cover any of it and the garage owner Hussain is blaming me for it all. Don’t go near this guy is will rip you off. Read all the reviews on this place. You will be shocked.

A little late writing this review but better late than never!
This was my first time buying a car online, and it was a first class positive experience.
My contact was Steve who was a joy to deal with and always appeared happy to help.
I had to wait six months for my Kia Ceed, this was due to the world wide supply chain issues, but the car was delivered 5/10/22 as arranged, and the whole process went very smoothly.

If i can get a similar deal for my next car i wont hesitate to buy from these guys !

I can not recommended this company enough. I was a little apprehensive at first as it's a great deal of money to hand over but fear not they get you to pay deposit with your credit card giving you peace of mind as you're covered for the whole transaction. Steve was amazing so helpful and kept in touch through the whole process. Their prices can not be bettered anywhere and as a company they are extremely helpful and fair. My car arrived when they said it would and the whole process was really smooth and easy. I have praised the company so much 2 of my friends have now bought from them and my husband! Don't worry just go for it they really won't disappoint you!

First time buying a car online and was obviously a bit cautious! I checked the reviews for the company (Cort Vehicle Contracts) on Trust Pilot and also checked details on Companies House before proceeding. I’d already decided on the make and model so sent an email in the evening to enquire about it (23/1/22). Received a phone call from Steve Watson first thing the following morning. Steve was fantastic to deal with - responded to emails exceptionally quickly. I was able to arrange a part exchange (sent Steve a detailed video of my car showing the condition of it) and received a great price for my old car. I paid an original deposit of £500 on my credit card which covered me for the whole new car under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act even though the balance was made by bank transfer a few days before delivery of the car (I sent a smaller token amount prior to the full balance being sent to ensure I'd entered the correct bank details for the transfer (this was at the suggestion of Steve) and, once receipt of this was confirmed, I sent on the remaining balance). Steve had estimated a late April delivery - delivery was slightly later (12/5/22) but that was due to current state of world affairs and out of everyone's control! Steve fully detailed the process of the part exchange - my old car was collected at 10am (received a phone call 1 hour before to let me know when it would be collected) and my brand new Hyundai Tuscon was delivered at 12pm (again, delivery driver called 1 hour before). Cautious nerves aside, this had to be the most straightforward, positive experience I've ever had buying a car! I would have no hesitation recommending Discounted New Cars - especially if you are lucky enough to deal with Steve!

First car ever bought from an On Line company and no regrets. Contacted Discounted-new-cars.com in December 2021 and spoke to Steve Watson. He provided me with an approximate delivery date and quoted a delivery price for a new Hyundai Tucson Ultimate. The total price was over £6,000 cheaper than my local dealer. Paid a credit card deposit of £600 when I ordered the car and the balance 48 hours before delivery to Cort Vehicle Contracts Ltd. Car delivered this week to Inverness - arrived by car carrier on the day and on time. I would recommend this company to any potential buyer. First class service and regular updates provided by Steve and his colleague Neil. Thanks and well done guys, sterling job with no catches and most of all, save yourself a few grand.

First time buyer for a car online. It’s a daunting prospect to send someone you’ve never met a lot of hard-earned money to buy a car you’ve never seen. But that is exactly what I did, and my leap of faith was duly rewarded.

Steve Watson confirmed the online price as advertised, provided a written quote, I then paid a £500 deposit by credit card. Steve also gave me a quote for my old car as a trade in. I subsequently sold my car privately and had the final invoice adjusted, A few days before delivery I paid a small sum to Cort Vehicles Contracts Ltd to test the Bank transfer set up and then 48 hours before delivery the substantial balance. Nerves of Steel required.

My 22 reg arrived on the correct delivery day; I had paid for transported delivery and the driver phoned the day before and then on route from Southampton to Newcastle arriving within a few minutes of his eta. I took position of my new Tuscon plug in hybrid, 8 miles on the clock and around £5000 cheaper than my best offer from our local garage.

Steve was responsive to all my nervousness and left me confident that I would buy from him again.

This is the first time that we have bought a car online. My wife hates going to a garage and dealing with car sales personnel and will put off getting a new car because of this. We have a friend who has purchased at least 3 new cars online so we decided to try this ourselves. We spoke to Neil and felt at ease with him. We paid a £500 deposit on our credit card as we would be covered under section 75 of the consumer credit act 1974. As others have said 48 hours before delivery, we paid a small gesture which Neil confirmed the amount we paid (Which we had not told him before) then the full balance afterwards.
On the delivery day it got very late with no update on time to arrive. This made us unsettled as we thought we might have been scammed, after informing Neil and he made various phone calls. It appeared that the transport company had issues and could not make the delivery. Both him and ourselves had not been made aware of the problem, this was very frustrating as we waited in all day. It was then rearranged for the next day but after yet another problem on the day with the delivery which we were informed of early in the morning (that was all out of Neil’s control) we did get our new car 2 days late.
We would very much recommend Neil and discounted New Cars even with our delivery issue, Neil was always available on his phone to take our calls that put our mind at rest. We will certainly buy from Neil again.

I ordered a new Hyundai Tucson in September told what colour the sales person called steav Watson said he can get for me one for mid October. So l placed an order got a phone call to weeks letting me no the car will be with the supplier in 12 days got a phone call on the 14 October to say cars ready for delivery ihad to pay in full two days before delivery which does worry you but I can a sure you don't worry got a phone Sunday night to my car will be delivered between 8-30-to 9 30 got knock on the door at 9oclock and there's my new car I like to thank Steve Watson at discount new cars .com thank y very much for A5 star service

4K under forecourt price (a very ordinary car). Steve was great and the process simple. I checked the company out and (ignore any negative reviews) it was straight forward and efficient and I got my V5 in a week. Brilliant system and I can get the car serviced where I wish - not part of an overpriced 3 year ‘deal’.

I dealt solely with Niel throughout the process and believe me when I say I might have been a tad painful to deal with.
Nothing was to much trouble for him, he answered all calls, texts and emails promptly.

Even when covid got in the way of delivery, it was sorted quickly.

I used an online dealer mainly for the savings over main street dealers, which I was very impressed with.

Over all an excellent experience throughout and would highly recommend Discounted new cars.

Purchased the car on line. unseen, using both computer and telephone from another country.
From start to the delivery of the car to a Uk address, again with me being not available, the whole operation was extremely excellent. The Cort contracts team were helpful in every way, especially Steve Watson.

Had a Hyundai Tucson delivered in May ( bit late with the review i know ) the experience from beginning to end was totally trouble free. The sales man Steve Watson was absolutely brilliant, he guided us through every step of the proses. We have already recommended a family member who has also had a great experience with Cort Contracts. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We recently used Cort to get a new Skoda Scala - I have to say the entire process was seamless and after initial contact with Steve which allayed some fears (having only ever bought direct from dealers before), he managed to find the perfect car with the specifications we required and would be able to receive this within a fortnight. Steve kept us informed throughout the next two weeks, regarding registration/tax etc and we were delighted when our new car arrived on a transporter. My point of contact was Steve. Due to an end of year hiccup at the dealer's end my new stock Octavia was NOT licenced at the end of 2020 as per agreement. Guided by Steve I elected to cancel the original order and purchase a 2021 build. Car delivered on schedule to the Highlands of Scotland. My wife instantly like the looks and the driving experience to such an extent that I may not see the car too often. We used Cort to enable my wife to upgrade from her previous Hyundai Tucson to the new 2021 model in the form of a 1.6 h T-GDi 230PS Ultimate 5Dr Auto
5 door SUV | Automatic | Petrol/Elect Hybrid. Fortunately, we had managed to arrange a test drive with a local Hyundai dealer in early Feb so we knew that the new model is a huge upgrade on the previous model.

Throughout the process, Niel has been our point of contact & willingly answered all my queries. As this is an unusual way of buying a new car, there were quite a few queries along the way.

However, the new car was delivered on a trailer direct from a local Hyundai dealer, beautifully prepared, complete with mats, 1/2 tank of fuel, a set of plates ready to fit once the cherished plate transfer was complete, & only 5 miles on the clock.

The old Tucson was loaded onto the trailer & the deal was done. It took a couple of weeks to receive the V5 & the private plates are now fitted. The icing on the cake is a saving of £7,200.
