Just taken delivery of a new Skoda Superb estate.

The service from Discounted New Cars (Court Contracts) was extremely good. At the time of ordering, I was told that it would be a factory order and given an estimated delivery time which turned out to be exactly correct. I was, periodically, updated on progress and the car was delivered on time.

I was also given a good trade in price for my old car which was collected on the same day as delivery of the new one. This made the transaction very easy to manage.

I was assisted in my purchase by Steve, who was friendly, not pushy at all but helpful and professional. I placed my order in late December and was offered delivery in 2-4 weeks depending on my colour choice.It was delivered at the end of January as promised.

I had already been given a price by my local garage on a car they had in stock but was way above the price from Steve.

Steve offered me a very reasonable sum in Part-Exchange for my old car, based on my description of its condition. Due to Covid my car was not being used,so Steve agreed to pick it up soon after I paid the deposit of £500 on my credit card. This left the balance to be paid 2 days before delivery.

Steve rang me up when the car was available, agreed a delivery date which suited me. He sent me the bank details and the money was transferred. He called to confirm receipt by their accounts department.

The car arrived on the agreed date. The delivery company rang me when they were an hour away and the car arrived on a transport. The delivery driver was great and spent a long time checking over the car with me, taking photos for their records showing no damage. He sanitised everything he had touched and wore a mask throughout.

I admit to being nervous from the beginning. Most of us are used to going to a dealer, speaking face to face with a sales person and collecting in person. However the whole process with Discounted-new-cars was faultless. I did appreciate being kept informed of the progress of my order throughout the process.

I found Discounted-New-Cars.com (aka Cort Vehicle Contracts Ltd) via an advert on a motoring website… …and I am so glad that I did.

I was assisted in my purchase by Steve, who was friendly and professional throughout and very patient with me when I took ages to make up my mind about exactly which car and which factory extras I wanted. I placed my order in August, with an estimated delivery time of 12 – 16 weeks and, despite Covid restrictions, it was delivered after 15 weeks.

Steve’s price was so reasonable that, although I offered a few local dealers the chance to give me their “very best price”, no one came anywhere near beating it.

I was a little hesitant about paying the full balance by bank transfer 48 hours before delivery, but I did a few checks, none of which gave me any reason for concern. I even contacted the website where I had seen the original advert and they assured me that they had never received any complaints about the company. Also, having paid the deposit of £500 on my credit card, I knew that I had cover under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, which makes the card issuer jointly liable, in the event of any dispute.

So, I paid my money and my car turned up on the agreed day.

Steve offered me a very reasonable sum in Part-Exchange for my old car, despite the fact that he had not even seen it. In the event, I used that price as a target and managed to sell to a local dealer for a little bit more, an arrangement which Steve was very happy with. I liked the fact that the Part-Ex deal was kept separate from the new-car price.

I was about to buy a one year old RAV4 from a dealer and on a whim I checked Neil at Discounted New Cars. I saved over a £1000 and got a brand new 2021 car with a higher spec. I would definitely buy from them again.

This was a truly excellent way to purchase a new car. Everything worked exactly as promised and my Toyota Rav 4 was delivered to my door 4 days early!

So a Mancunian voice with an Italian name offers you nearly 20% discount and the best part-ex price you've seen...all sounds too good to be true! And yet this has been the best car buying experience ever. No sitting waiting for dealers, no worthless upsells, no haggling, great comms and the car arrives when they say it will. A factory order in my case.

Yes, they do need full payment on a car you've never seen three days before delivery but you have paid a small deposit on your credit card.

I will be using Niel again and I highly recommend these guys. Superb.

So Neil gave me two part exchange prices for our car. One was for immediate purchase of a new car and a slightly lower part exchange price if we wanted to wait for the new reg number which was coming out in a few months.
All was agreed a few days later when I spoke to him again although Neil seemed a pretty disorganised person as he tends to forget things very easily for example me having to give our current vehicles reg and mileage over and over again, perhaps a pen and notebook could help the situation Neil. Going back through the details he asked ME to remind him how much he had offered in part exchange. When I told him he at first said that he did not offer that amount but when I reminded him he actually gave me two px values he then remembered and turns out he gave me the retail prices for our car!
"Sorry mate" said Neil, I can't give you anything like what I told you!!
Cheers Neil for wasting my time, I'm just glad i did not part with any of my hard earned money to what is a totally unorganised and unprofessional company. I'd give these guys a wide birth if you are reading this!

As I change my vehicle every three years I always want the best deal I can when considering my change of vehicle regardless of the make,just by chance via the web visited DNC and choose to go for a Skoda Fabia which suited my needs and also being part of VW group and a local Skoda dealer for future services etc. After a chat with Steven and decided what my requirements were he then found out what was available with a range of choices on the spec and colour of what I could get within a two week delivery time. Ordered my new car and Steven kept me updated throughout on a daily basis on the update of the delivery time and agreed a suitable date.With the country been in turmoil at the moment with the chance of a lockdown thought I wouldn't get my car on time but thanks to Steven and the supplying dealer who also put themselves out I got my car delivered on the stated time and date as promised. Can't fault both companies and will certainly recommend them with no hesitation at all. Many thanks to Steven, Paula from DNC and also the drivers from the Skoda dealer who was also spot on . You would think being an experienced quite sensible and intelligent individual I would follow the old adage- once bitten, twice shy . But no , being eager to get a good deal- in fact an excellent deal I let my wallet rule my head.
Having ordered a Ford Focus back in 2018 for delivery from the manufacturer I was let down by Cort ( or rather they were ) in the supply of the car - it was physically delivered to the UK to my spec but couldn't be obtained from the intermediary . now this is where any prospective buyer should be made aware , hence the review , that an order on CVC doesn't necessarily mean a car will be delivered.
So feeling miserable and let down vowed never to deal with them again- especially after having been sidestepped by Howard and Steven more times than I can count on getting info about the delivery .
So it comes to getting a new car again and it was decided a nice Mini cooper s sport in Thunder grey with a comfort and Nav pack plus heated front screen would do nicely.Looking around CVC came up with the best deal- after a bit of negotiating- them against another broker in Timperley. Placed the order with a £500 deposit- same as last time- always mindful of my previous experience - assured that was a one off and definitely wouldn't happen with mini.
A twelve week lead time was extended until January 2020 by around 6 weeks- no problem as long as I get the car .
Decided to ask if they would hold it until March as my wife wanted a 20 plate- no problem- thanks for that- very obliging I thought.
Agreed a delivery date of 6th March , paid the money due on the 3rd so would be no issues, sold my wife's current car which would be collected by the purchaser on the 6th, changed the insurance over- happy days .Booked a train to work as car was being delivered there
UNTIL - 12.45 on the Thursday 5th contacted CVC as no one had phoned to ask delivery address or time for the next day and my contact Niel was out collecting a customer from Liverpool airport and the lady in the office could give me no info at all - surprised .
Niel phoned me back with a sorry- you aren't getting the car as its held up by the supplier.
At this point let me say Niel was and always had been absolutely spot on as a contact- informative and pleasant and no way is this review getting at him as he was doing what he appears to do best and offering an excellent customer service.
I was fed up and thought about being twice shy but my wife was livid- and you can guess whose fault this was !!
She was without a car, I'd sent £20k to a company who had let us down before, I had booked a train ticket and what the hell were we going to do .
Niel offered a payment to hire a car until next Wednesday when he would know more on whether we would get the car - still not a definite no but neither was it a definite YES.
spooked a bit so on Sunday off to Lloyds of Blackpool and the rest is history.
Got money back from CVC on Monday- ordered a brand new car from stock and it was delivered Friday 13th .
So - the morale of this story is - apart from the once bitten twice shy bit is please be aware that you are not - due to the way that CVC operate - 100% assured of getting what you want or in my case 200% !!!!
Again can't fault Niel as he was great but please make people aware this may happen.
And just because it looks a great deal don't be drawn in and doubly disappointed as we have been over the last three years - twice!!

Buying a brand new Kia Sportage 1.6 GT Line S through a broker was a new experience for me and to be honest made me a little nervous initially. However I would confirm that everything promised in time, quality and price was delivered. I found Aniello (Niel) Gioia both professional and honest in his dealing's with me and our car arrived in 'mint condition', with 82 miles on the clock, 10 days after the order was place.

Steve & Paula were very friendly & professional facilitating my purchase.
I've saved thousands over the purchase price I could have got locally.
Using them to find a new car is a no brainer to be frank; I've used a broker in the past, and there's a
worry about financial vulnerability, as you pay up front before receiving the car.
However, as long as you pay the deposit with a credit not debit card, the whole transaction (up to £30k) is protected under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
The car, exactly the spec I wanted was delivered in a short time from order, straight to my drive.

Purchased last week a new Qashqui. Great customer service from the outset from Steve (Sales) keeping me updated on the order through to the delivery driver who could not have been more helpful when delivering the car to my home (on a trailer). I part exchanged and that was collected later the same day with no fuss. Good price given on the part exchange - with no catches. The prices speak for themselves, no hard sale, payment made a couple days before delivery. Naturally concerned about buying from other than a main dealership, I entered into this arrangement with more than a little trepidation. I was attracted by the price - cheapest on the net - substantially cheaper than my local dealer or nationwide dealers via Carwow could offer. Moreover, the whole customer service experience was far superior to my last dealer purchase sourced via Carwow.
Steve (Sales) & Paula (Finance) were highly responsive in providing timely answers to the many questions I posed. At no point was there any pressure on me to make the purchase.
I received a fair part exchange for the old Honda Jazz which was collected by trailer. Maybe I could have secured a few more quid by selling the car privately, but it avoided any scallywag callers.
The shiny new Honda Jazz was trailered to my door on the day promised.
Having paid the £500 deposit by credit card, I was particularly nervous about paying the balance by bank transfer to avoid a stated 2.5% surcharge. In the event, bank transfer payment worked without a hitch. However, I would still question the legality of the published credit card surcharge - see on website “..Information Centre / Ways To Pay / Payment By Credit Card..”. I believe such practice was made illegal in January 2018 if it isn’t applied to all forms of payment.
