Purchased two lamps one had a flawed globe, contacted home lighting and Mark Evans answered almost immediately. No quibbles, a replacement was with us in a couple of days. That's what I call service.
Would recommend Discount Home Lighting to anyone.

Mark Evans has replaced glass domes in our lighting that had a small glass flaw (not their fault) in it. Great and quick communication and no problem too big. Products first class.
Will definitely be using again.

I received excellent customer service from Mark having received a light that had been slightly damaged on delivery. Mark quickly responded and sent out a replacement light free of charge which I received in a couple of days. Highly recommended company.

I recently bought a Searchlight outside lamp and was disappointed to find that the rubber gasket was torn. I contacted the manufacturers who told me to contact the retailer. Within two days the retailer had sent out a replacement gasket so many thanks to Mark Evans for his excellent customer service.

I hope your order is as it should be with no issues. Once you buy, they don’t respond to emails. I’m not the first person to say this!

Plenty of options for purchasing similar products at similar prices, unless your stuck or there’s no other option, I’d suggest you buy elsewhere, even for a few ££s more it will be worth it just in case

In response to their reply below. I did email, before and after the reply, not once did they reply to me.

I bought my Mother-In-Law a lamp for Christmas from this company. I was a little wary because I have never heard of this company before. I ordered it on Thursday 26th November 2020. I got a confirmation email on the Friday confirming the item was in stock and would be delivered between 4th & 7th December and I would receive an email when it had been despatched. I did not receive a despatch email. I decided to chase it up today. I rang the phone number and the lady I spoke to was very polite and helpful. I was told the lamp had been despatched on Tuesday and was due to be delivered today or tomorrow. She sent me the email with the order number and tracking details. On tracking it I found Hermes had put it in my Mother-In-Law’s wheelie bin which I found concerning with it being a lamp. She has since checked it over to make sure there is no damage which thankfully there isn’t.

These guys were so great. I ordered 2 ceiling lights and upon arrival unfortunately the order was damaged. I sent an email and within 30 minutes, I received a phone call apologising. The order was sent within 24 hours. Despite the order being damaged, I was so impressed with the diligence and attention that I was shown (they even sent complimentary light bulbs for the trouble). I was treated like a valued customer- I will definitely be shopping here again!

The lamps were for a friends birthday. I liked them very much but they were a little smaller than expected

We saw the light we wanted in a shop, but found it significantly cheaper at discount home lighting. We received it within a few days of ordering and are delighted with it.

This time, when an article arrived damaged, I was given excellent customer service, and a refund was issued immediately. The company has a quick response on the customer telephone line, and the staff are polite and helpful. I will be happy to use Discount Home Lighting again.

Terrible customer service. Brought lampshades advertised as mustard yellow. Sent shades that are bright yellow in colour. Contacted seller who claims manufacturers description. Does this company not look at the items before selling? Very rude email sent from customer services that state I will have to pay for return postage. I would avoid this company at all costs. As previous reviews state will not even pay for return if item is damaged. If I could give 0 stars I would. Spend your money with a company that deserves it

Highly recommended DiscountHomeLighting. Bought around a dozen bulbs and bathroom light. The prices were great. Everything came well packaged.
I dropped bathroom light shade while fitting it and I was worried that I will have to buy the whole light again. The customer service were soo helpful. They sent me another shade free of charge and just had the pay the postage.
Will definitely order from them again.

Love the opal bulbs I ordered. Delivery was a nightmare. My first order got lost; however they handled this really well and sent a new order which took 5 working days to arrive. They were worth the wait.
