Had to look very hard for my confirmation of my order no way of tracking my order page paid £30 and waited 5 days for a message about information my order when I’m getting my straps just wished they had tracking information as well

I am sorry for the experience you have had with your order. It is not typical for packages to get lost in transit but unfortunately it does happen from time to time and is a particular risk at this time of year - it may be the case that your package turns up yet, but I appreciate this is not what was promised even despite the warnings of delays on the site.
I stated in response to your email I was willing to send you a replacement ASAP or offer a full refund, and you opted for a refund that has now been processed and should be with you in 3-5 business days. I apologise for your experience, but please do not say you have had no response from customer service when I replied to your original email within 24 hours and your second within 20 minutes with a solution to resolve your issue which has promptly been acted upon.
