The speed of delivery was brilliant, however, the strap feels and looks extremely cheap. And considering it should have been £30, it was far from it. Certainly won’t use again.

Order still not received after 2 weeks
Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and didn’t receive the istrap despite the website suggesting next day delivery. Got in touch with customer service support a week after the watch hadn’t arrived. They said they’d look into it, and then received no response after a chaser. Can’t comment on the actual strap because I haven’t received it but service is extremely poor.

Found Discount iStraps online, looked at their products, found a colour I liked and bought it! It was delivered quickly and was well packed. I’m wearing it as I type and I’m very pleased with it. Good value for money. I recommend them.

Excellent product
Excellent product, great price. Not all colours in stock but found one I liked, even though not first choice. Bit of a delay with delivery but possibly due to postal strikes (sent Royal Mail 1st class) rather than Discount iStraps. Overall very happy.
