Re Boot n Scoot Boogie.
First pair of boots shipped Quickly. The boots had a defect. Sent them back with no shipping charges to myself. New pair sent out 2 days later. My wife dealt with customer service and found them polite and eager to help.

Never shipped
I ordered products, responded to the email to approve the proof, got an email asking me if my products had been delivered and nothing happened. Several days later I was contacted by a rep who told me that I had never approved the proof and then argued with me when I said that I had. Why did I get the email telling me my order was on the way? I cancelled the order and will not be back.

Fast shipping, easy returns
I have short wide feet with high insoles. I ordered and returned 2 pair of shoes until landing on a third size. Discount safety gear was patient and provided the support I needed to find the correct size. Fast shipping. Easy returns. Ultimately, even with the correct size, the shoes are killing me. But that’s Volcom’s fault, not discount safety gear’s fault.

Lackluster experience
Original proof was missing the rear graphics. The website paired two incompatible products (full brim hardhat with ear protection that doesn't work with full brim. Customer service has been unresponsive.
