Boots don’t fit good and customer service hasn’t responded
I purchased the same Timberland Pro Titan 6 boot I’ve purchased for 11 years but these are clearly made differently than the previous ones. That being said I emailed for customer service and have never received a reply. Maybe after they see this review they will!
Update 5/10:
Jennifer of Discount Safety Gear called me post review to address my issue. She was very friendly and helpful to resolve this issue. I had thought my email was overlooked but she stated they never got it. In the process of getting a refund now. I appreciate their response to this issue.
