Great service. Ordered a replacement Pride mobility scooter seat on Sunday evening, received it early Tuesday morning. The DHL driver went beyond the bounds of a normal delivery in assistance. Would recommend these companies to anybody.

Wanted to swap wheels on a mobility scooter from solid to pneumatic, really helpful, they found the rights ones and had them delivered in a couple of days. Perfect fit. Great service

I had an amazing buying experience with this company.
They responded quickly to my stock enquiry - the online form was straightforward to complete.
I rang and paid for my items (2 batteries) and the guy I spoke to explained the process and gave me a realistic delivery date as they had to order from the manufacturer.
The batteries were sent tracked and were exactly the same as the original scooter batteries.
The price was keen too, what more can you want?

It took a long time for me to find a very good company that they are. I found them very knowledgeable, very helpful. I contacted this company and spoke to Richard Binnie the manager who help me to find the foot pad I required for my wifes Drive DeVilbiss Autofold scooter. I contacted a few companies who never got back to me. Richard sent me a link to order the part and received it within a couple of days, great service. Can fully recommend this company and all the staff are very friendly too.

Have to drop them one star as they did send me the wrong part but can't fault there customer service, emailed them last night at 7:30pm and there come right back within a few minuets, sending a new one out today, very happy with them.

After struggling to get replacement tyres from the the manufacturer for my mums scooter I came across this website. After speaking the a well spoken and very helpful chap. I purchased two replacement tyres which arrived within 2 days. Overall I’m very happy with the service I received and more importantly my mums happy to be mobile again.
