ordered a microwave, money taken straight away. got a tracking number but date passed, i received nothing. phone number is an unregistered pay as you go mobile that goes straight to answerphone, address is fake & company is not active according to companies house. luckily my bank Lloyds Bank refunded my debt card as soon as i contacted them & said their well aware of this website. what i dont understand is if banks are already aware of this fake site why are they still able to keep the site going & take money, how is this allowed to carry on ?

I placed an order for a fridge freezer. I reviewed an email confirming purchase. Then no further contact. No response to emails. Telephone number doesn't work.

I will have to contact my bank and see if they can get my money back.

They show some thing cheap on their website and send something else totally different from what you have ordered and which is even more cheaper on other places
There is no customer service only a single person is there who behave very nicely for taking order.do not go on website its all just the site

paid for fridgefreezer on the 25th of may,was surposed to be delivered on the 5-7th of june and nothing,no answer to emails so i called my bank for a chargeback now they are contacting them,wish i had read the reviews befor parting with my money,dont buy from them they take your money then laugh at you.

i called before placing an order, and 2 days after the order the lines went dead and no emails returned. no product received.

They took my money and never delivered the goods. Phone line is not recognised. Emails not answered. Have reported website and company to Action Fraud.

This is a scam website, phone number dead. Company dormant. Money goes to "romanian grocery" which says it all. Credit card company going after them now.

Scam do not buy from them same as other reviews got message from John saying delivery on its way gave tracking number delivery date passed tried contacting them nothing - it’s a scam am so annoyed at myself usually check but was desperate for new fridge as old one stopped working 😥also using Andreea Capria to make payment too and John Wilson as name of guy who sends tracking confirmation do not make payment

Do not purchase from this company, it is a scam. Hopefully I can get refund under section 75. I normally check Trustpilot but was having a senior moment and forgot.

The website has an online chat option which they do sometimes reply to, however if you place an order they seem to cut off all communication with you and will not reply. The phone number is now invalid and they do not reply to emails after purchase. The address they have on the website is wrong and their registered address is somewhere is Rotherham. There seems to be only 1 active person working at the company as far as I can see.
The company status is now listed as 'Non-Trading' which begs the question, why is the website still active and why are they still taking payments for items if they're not in business? The owner is in breach of the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 and could be at risk of prosecution. Do not trade with this company as you will lose your money and have to contact your bank to get your money back as they will undoubtedly ignore you if you ask for a refund.

I paid £510 to this company, received receipt, emails and received answers from the online chat (John) afew days on I received no tracking no: I gave benifit of doubt then still never heard from them.
I emailed no reply , the online chat no reply then suddenly it went off line so I rang them a answer machine stating they were closed but I should get all my answers from email or online chat the day after I rang again then the telephone no: became a invalid number.
Please don't be conned the website is a scam.

This website says they are a company called ELECTRONICS TRADING CENTER LTD ... but when I checked the Companies House website this company is dormant, and has filed 'dormant company' statement since 2017. I am not going to attempt to do business with them.

After finally deciding to buy a nutri bullet, I went to check out and my purchase kept being rejected. Also started receiving calls from my bank who then blocked payment. I will be reporting this site.

I have bought Air Fryer on this website, delivery took 8 business days, but it's ok for me because this models coast more expensive on other websites. I can recommend this store.
