I actually received a product from them, but the chances that it's not counterfeit are NIL, and at no point did I get an authentic purchase confirmation from them with a receipt for payment, I never got any legitimate tracking info, their responses to me made no sense, AND THEN THE FINAL RECEIPT I GOT WITH THE DELIVERY WAS FOR $70 more than I purchased the product for. They're probably going to steal my identity. STAY. AWAY.

Be ware! Placed order for Breville air fryer and receive no confirmation email or order number a week later. Checked all email/ junk/spam folders and nothing. Attempted calling several times during posted business times and only get a busy signal. Sent an email to address provided for customer service with no reply. Tried the chat function and nobody ever engaged my chat. This merchant is beyond suspicious and I highly recommend you try calling first before placing an order. Pricing is great and too good to be true! They will respond to this post like so many saying they have already worked with me on the solution but they haven’t….. Stay clear!

Nightmare! No confirmation, no contact information, no return or cancelation options and if you do receive your item it may not be in it's original packaging. Should have done more research on this company. Pay the extra $10 and get it from a reputable supplier!
