I was played with by a different vendor who wanted to sell me a different product than I ordered and then tried to convince me that the product was replaced by the product they had shipped. They got it shipped back to them.

Nice looking ladder
Nice looking ladder, on schedule but it arrived damaged on the top step. It was cracked and a piece of plastic missing. I have a picture if you like. I'm just concerned of the safety.

Missing parts !
I had parts missing ,could not assemble all components. Had to "geri-rig" to fit. I replied about needed parts, but have not received response!
