Top-notch company. Answers all questions quickly and fully. Watches over my health the entire EBC trek (spoilers I didn’t make it) but was glad they were there to make sure I was safe. I’m going back with them to try again!!!

We are a couple from Romania and we did Everest Basecamp trip and KalaPattar in 12 days. Our initial trip had 14 days but the altitude didn't hit us that much so we managed to cut 2 days on our way back. Our team from Discovery Trekking was amazing! Our guide, Simbir, took very good care of us. The manager, Paul, arangged for us nice places to sleep, he took care of everything, including the flight to and from Lukla which is crazy!
Overall this was one of the best experiences of Our lives and we thank Discovery Trekking team for making this possible!

We have successfully finished a 14 days trek to Everest Base Camp in April 2022 and we are very satisfied about our guide (Simbir) and whole Discovery World Trekking team. They made everything possible and really helped us archiving this dream so we will be always thankful to them!

I did the Everst trek through Discovery with my friends. This experience was wonderful. Everything for me Perfect. And nice guide. His name Siddhanta. I recommend him. If you go trek with Siddhanta, its gonna be perfect. Next time i want ABC trek with him. Wonderful! Amazing experience!

One of the best experiences of my life. Guide(Siddanta) was knowledgeable, motivating and above all, a great friend along the way. I seemed to get a lot more info from him than lots of other people i met, about the mountains and general sherpa life. It felt like a true cultural experience, as much as a exploration of the mountains. I always felt safe and in good hands with Siddanta. I liked the fact that Discovery actually have oxygen monitoring devices, something that i found most other companies didnt!!
All teahouses were excellent- very comfortable, warm enough, great views and huge selection of food on the menu (these are all things other people in other teahouses noaned about).
Cant speak highly enough of this company and would love to travel with them again.

In our large group of 16, we had a lot of needs that arose; Discovery was nothing short of amazing at not only meeting those needs, but far surpassing them. Our guide Dol was in constant communication with Paul ensuring his only goal: that our group was happy. Gakul, Devas, Anmol, and the rest of the team went above and beyond, not only physically helping us climb to ABC, but they also emotionally carried us through our trek with their kindness and joyful spirits. The icing on the cake, (literally) was them organizing a birthday surprise for myself and another trekmate when we reached our summit at ABC- how they baked a cake at that altitude, is beyond me! I cannot recommend Discovery Trekking enough for an unforgettable experience!

My group completed the Annapurna base camp trek, and Discovery World Trekking couldn’t have been better! CEO Paul is very supportive and encouraging, and nothing was too much trouble. Our guides and porters were very knowledgable, made us feel very safe and took care of absolutely everything. They even arranged a birthday cake surprise for two of our group when we reached base camp - above and beyond! They were fun and friendly while always professional too. We had the best trip I could have hoped for and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again - 10/10 would recommend. :)

We made the Everest base camp and 3 passes with Discovery World Trekking. The guide and the porters from the Discovery World Trekking were friendly and well prepared, they made us feel safe all the way of the trek. They were very helpful on every location were we stayed, helping us with the food choices and getting tap water. All they way of the trek the guide was close to us making sure we are OK.

The Annapurna Base Camp trek with Discovery World Trekking and our guide Dol was truly amazing. I have never done a trek in my life and for something that is both physically and mentally demanding they made it a fun and exciting experience. Everything was taken care of and they were flexible and motivating when it got tough. They even planned an amazing amazing birthday surprise at base camp with singing, dancing and a cake! Beyond the actual trek and stunning views throughout; one of my biggest highlights was spending time with the porters and guides. Dol, Dev, Devas, Kaji & Umess among others especially welcomed me into a temporary trek family and I’ll definitely miss our conversations from the trail. Highly highly recommend Discovery World Trekking for your first or tenth trek.

Our week long Everest Base Camp trip with Discovery World trekking can only be described as exceptional. Working with the owner, Paul for over a year beforehand planning out the logistics gave us the confidence needed to book a trip on the other side of the world for our honeymoon. From the airport transfers, to our guide & porter, the entire team at Discovery was phenomenal.

My Husband, Shane and I could not recommend Discovery World Trekking more! From the very beginning, Paul had incredible communication. Anytime we had questions he would respond almost instantly. We were so surprised and excited to hear that he is the owner and made time to meet with us personally before and after the hike. He even checked in with our guide every day on the hike to make sure we were happy and healthy. I’ve never experienced customer service as genuine as his. Our guide, Simbir and our Sherpa, Abi were absolutely incredible as well. Throughout our experience in Nepal it was obvious that we were with one of the better touring companies around.

I recently completed a 13 day trek to Everest Base Camp and had the best experience of my life. From the moment I messaged him, Paul was very responsive, answered all the questions I had and provided me with the necessary documentation needed to enter Nepal during COVID. When I arrived in Kathmandu, someone was there waiting for me at the airport. Manass, the guide and Jagar, the porter were also amazing, they gave me the royal treatment, always asking if I needed anything, throughout the journey Manass taught me several Nepali words such as “didi” (sister), “dandibat” (thank you), “bistari, bistari” (slowly), and at the end of the trek Jagar gifted me with a beautiful Buddhist prayer cloth. During our rest days we played cards and danced to music. I can’t thank Discovery World Trekking for this life changing experience. I’ll definitely be doing future treks with them.
