brush end falls off
sadly the replacement brush end keeps falling off when in use, so not very practical and I will have to buy a whole new brush, so the hoped-for enviromental benefits were lost and money wasted. Sorry not to give a more positive response, the idea was good...

The glue on these sponges is useless…
The glue on these sponges is useless and the sponges just keep falling of after a couple of uses. As other reviews they used to be a good product but are now an inferior one. I will now be searching for an alternative.

Like the product, I found the dishmatic wonder pump in my local store but, couldn’t find any of the wonder scrub scours so found them on the dishmatic direct and ordered some, while waiting for the 3 pack scourers and started to find some in another shop so bought two packs of 3 and they are good so far

Bought the eco dish brush from Cole’s, thinking it’s a good idea to reuse the handle , but they don’t stock replacement heads? Well how dumb is that . Looked online and the only place I could see is from the uk site.

Spare heads dispatched efficiently and at a great price
Needed some spare heads for my washing up scrubbing brush. Dishmatic appeared to be the only source so I ordered direct from them a little worried I’ll admit as the price was almost too good to be true. However five days later my complete order arrived safe and sound. Very happy with my purchase, the value for money, being able to reuse my handle and so reduce my plastic waste and the efficient service.

Quality Decline: Time to Move On!
I've been a loyal user of this product for many years, but after experiencing several issues with the sponges falling off after just a few uses, I've decided to make a change. It seems like either the glue quality has diminished or the overall product has declined. It's unfortunate because I’ve always loved using it, but I will be switching to another option.
I purchased few 1+6 value packs in October 2023 and shipped them to my holiday home.

Sponges fall off now
I’ve used these for many years but after the last few months with many different packets the sponges just fall off after a handful of uses. They have either changed the glue or are just making them much less quality than they used to. I will be switching to something else which is a shame as I’ve always loved the product.

Leakage between cap & handle
I recently bought a 4 pack sponge refill, filled the wand with detergent, and saw there was a slow leak of detergent between the cap & handle. I went back to buy a replacement wand with sponge hoping there wouldn't be a leak, but yet again a leak. I always place the wand in an upright position so as the soap doesn't come through the sponge. Why is this happening?
