The problem was smoothly solved
I had a damage in the plate/picture that I recieved. I sent pictures of the problem and few days later I recieved a new one. I am very satisfied of how smooth this problem was solved. Thank you.

My displate order didn't get delivered and the support team responded fast!
My displate order didn't get delivered to me. I contacted the support team at displate and I got a reply within 2-3 days. They already had my order number and all my information on hand and were quick to send me a replacement after they confirmed the shipping company could not locate my order.
