Waited 3 months for my posters to get validated, still havent.
They bumped all my emails to the back of the queue.
Sent 4 emails, got 3 replies.
Cold and dry responses to my questions.
I feel bad for the souls who waited longer than me to post their drawings.
Also the size is very specific, so if youre a begginer at editing and drawing...
Good luck... youll need it.
Just buy the metal posters, dont sell, they wont get acknoleged.

I don't understand what is difficult about linking the order to the new account. The order whas made with the same email. I am a developer and I know it should be just a slight change on the database. Otherwise you are doing something wrong.

I ordered a custom picture as a gift for my boyfriend and I am absolutely impressed. The photo I provided was not perfect quality, but the company did an amazing job, the final result exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is outstanding, everything looks very professional and well done. The service was great and delivery was smooth. Everything was done perfectly. Highly recommended! 🫶🏻

They actually have an AI Bot that is useful and all enquiries are dealt with extremely efficiently by real people soon after. I love my order for my first two Guinness posters. I found two more I quite liked but as I realised I was running out of flat wall space (I live in a medieval house) I needed to cancel them. Even though they had been issued with a tracking number they were still able to help me cancel my order. I would love to purchase more and I run a Doctor Who group and have been using some amazing artwork which I found in the public domain years ago. Unfortunately they can't accommodate me in making them a reality as I have no idea who the artist is. It would be perfect if this situation was able to be sorted out because I do have the wall space on the fourth floor. Maybe one day :)

Firstly, I love your product. It is an elevated poster and adds a lot of sophistication to its use. The customer service has been equally elevated. The original order was filled timely and I received my print quickly. However, upon opening the box I discovered the print had been damaged. Your staff was very understanding and after an exchange of a few photos, a replacement print was sent. I’ve put the new print on the wall and it is awesome! Thank you so much! I will be purchasing additional prints as I continue to set up my house.

Based in Poland, pretends to be US-based. Charged me over 12% in "taxes and tariffs" on my order. On their website they advertise as being a USA based, but print and ship their products from Poland, and make you pay for tariffs. They also push on you their $4.99 subscription, which is supposed to include free shipping, but when I added that to my shopping card, I was still being charged for shipping. Stay away. If you're a USA company, print your stuff in the USA instead of deceiving customers. Shame on you.

The customer service was very helpful and considerate. I had ordered a custom Displate of our family dog and when it arrived, it was damaged/bent from shipping (FedEx). Displate was understanding about the situation and asked if I could send them some photos of the damaged poster. After that they asked if I’d like a replacement or a refund all while being friendly and polite. My replacement is on the way and I prey to the shipping gods it gets here in one piece, maybe they should spend an extra day dancing around the poster lol. The agent even said they would see about having it shipped with a little extra protection if possible. Very pleased with Displate, I have ordered several in the past and this has been the only time one was damaged, glad to know the refund/replacement process is a pleasant experience.

Had a problem with payment during the Easter holidays, so at that time the customer support was off, but they contacted me immediately afterwards and supported with info and new discount code (as the old one was expired). Thank you and all the best!
