I opened the packet of protein powder and received the product as less than half of it

Hi Nitin Goyal,
We understand your concern about the quantity appearing to be less than half of the container.
As discussed with our team over the call, the protein powder is sold by weight, not by the volume or how full the container appears. During transportation, the powder can settle, which may make the container look less full than expected.
We hope this clarifies the concern. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Poor Delivery.
My order was not complete. It included protein bars. They were delivered melted. No consideration was given into delivering them in cold transfer. The whole order has soiled. So disappointing. It also took longer than expected. Over a month.

Hi AB,
We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
As discussed with our team, we offered a return option to help resolve the concern regarding the condition of the protein bars, but we understand that you chose not to proceed with it at the time.
Regarding the delivery timeline, since the products are shipped from the USA to India, international deliveries can take longer than regular domestic shipments. We understand that the wait may have felt longer than expected and appreciate your patience throughout the process.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It helps us improve our service and customer experience.
