Prompt follow-up and service delivery
Can't trust fellows. I had ordered 4 items but only 3 got delivered. No apologies, no message or no communications about the update to the shopping cart. Very bad experience. These are front ending Dr Berg product they are not the authorised dealers/ retailers to sell Dr Berg products.
I have to change my opinion as the company took steps to address the issue at the earliest. May be it's a one off. Eventually got all the products delivered. Thank you.

While the communication is good end to end on WhatsApp, for Cash on delivery orders , you must accept UPI payments . In my case , the courier boy who delivered the parcel insisted only on cash payment. Just because the payment mode is named as COD should not restrict from accepting UPI payment. As you know , these days , customers keep less of cash at home as UPI payments are widely accepted . This is a problem Iam raising with you . Please fix . At the end , Iam not completely happy
