Hi Karan Dhakan,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how the delivery time may have felt longer than expected.
Since the products are shipped from the USA to India, they go through international transit and customs clearance, which can sometimes make the delivery process feel longer compared to regular domestic deliveries. However, your order was delivered within our promised timeline of 12–18 business days.
We truly value your feedback and are continuously working on improving the delivery experience and shipping timelines for our customers.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
