To buy this watch on amazon you will pay £469. This watch does not come with original packaging, but that's the only difference. I selected the pristine for an extra £15 well worth the difference for grand total of only £144.99. The watch is exceptional quality, and works absolutely fine. I cannot recommend this company enough, I found them chance on google looking for best price for the watch. So glad I did, thank you. Even better my wife paid for it for an early birthday present

Looking for a Samsung Tablet and discovered District Electricals on eBay. Helpfully a phone number on the District Electricals website. Spoke to Mike and explained what I was after. Item arrived next day, couldn't ask for more.

I was looking for a Samsung Tab S8+ in great condition at a good price. I was watching a couple on Ebay but then District Electricals website popped up on a Google search with one in stock in Pristine condition. Ordered and it arrived within 2 days. As described the tablet is immaculate. It's now all set up and running like a champ. Very pleased with the service from Mike. They also have an Ebay store.

I needed a refurbished tablet in a hurry as another company had completely let me down. Wish I had found District Electricals first! They have an actual phone number, and while I had to leave a message I got a call back in maybe twenty minutes, at which point I received a full explanation of the delivery arrangements. True to their word I got the tablet the next day and it is everything they promised. Wonderful company!

Better than CEX. Quick to answer phone, high quality customer service. High quality refurbished phones. Ordered a tablet, part of it was faulty, but they replaced it was soon as the issue was brought up to them. I've bought 2 items from them as of now. Will buy more in the future.

Ordered a second hand/ refubrished tablet from District Electricals recently. I've had poor experiences with other second hand/ refurbished products before, receiving damaged or faulty goods which clearly haven't been tested, but clearly District Electricals do check when they send orders out. Had a minor issue which they sorted out promptly, and received both a call and an email from them, far more contact than you would usually receive ordering something online.
Would recommend.

Have ordered a couple of 'no fault return' items. Good price, condition as new and speedy delivery.

We had an issue with the screen of a Samsung TV that we purchased from District Electricals. The screen developed both vertical and horizonal lines. These lines appeared when there was no one anywhere near the TV. I contacted them as they had provided a 5 year warranty. To my dismay they insinuated that I was lying and said that they wouldn't do anything about the issue because they said the problem was an impact issue - it wasn't, it just happened when we were sat watching it - but clearly I must be lying about this and my word isn't good enough. I won't be buying from them again - ever. Warranty, what warranty??

Bought a Samsung Galaxy Phone at an extremely competitive price. Customer service was excellent , and the phone was delivered very promptly by an excellent courier . Highly recommended.

First time purchase from them of a Samsung soundbar and rear speakers. Was tempted to price match through Currys, however much much prefer to support an independent that is leading with competitiveness. Lead time a bit longer, and delivery missed by a day which was not a problem, with good communication along the way to inform me. They use DPD which is great for tracking delivery on the day. Would definitely use them again for all electrical purchases.

Got a great deal on a new Samsung TV and bought from this unknown supplier at the other end of England and delivery was very quick. Unfortunately a row of pixels broke after a month or so. Mike from District Electricals couldn't have been more responsive and helpful in organising a repair under warranty. Highly recommended.

Purchased a watch but due to a software issue from the manufacturer, it had to be returned.

I can't fault Mike as he was as helpful as can be, his service was spot on and communication great. I'd have no issue buying from them again.

An excellent company, can't wait the next time to buy something else from them. I can say all the bests about their service, prompt, very communicative. Having an unusual work shift, they did their best to delivery my tv in the quickest way possible. Mike, thanks a lot.
