Needs better QA
Shoes looks and feels authentic. Prices are higher than retail, but still rather decent for deadstocks. Unfortunately the shoe I ordered came with a small defect, I wished they’d notified me about it and lowered the price accordingly since there’s no option to return or exchange due to their sales policy. Or maybe they don’t even check their products before shipping which is why it came with a defect.
Edit: Giving 5 stars because of the customer service. I didn't expect much but Chris followed up great on the issue I had with the shoe I ordered. Although there's nothing that could be done about the defect, a reasonable compensation was offered which I really appreciated the gesture, but here's hoping it doesn't happen again in future orders.
