The dress is a piece of crap! The photo looks like it’s made out of a cotton/wool. It’s actually made out of the cheapest polyester. The seaming is terrible. It’s a scam!

Do not order from here, never known an online company that you can't send back if your not happy! Ordered standard xs dress it looked nothing like the pictures really cheap looking and an awful fit and didn't turn up on time when is stated the date it should be here before ! I emailed them to ask how I go about sending back and they said I couldn't unless it was damaged, rubbish communication and cheap clothing!

BEWARE totally scam company. Zero stars. I ordered a size L lounging outfit and it wouldn’t fit a skinny 10 year old. I sent it back in June at my expense and it’s now 3 months and no refund. They ignore your emails completely. I got one email back in June to say my refund was sent which was a lie. Now they just don’t respond. You are just burning your money to buy from this scam company. If I ever receive my refund I’ll respond here to let you know.

There is no star to give these Thieving people. they stole £53.00 from me. They have not sent the Coat I ordered and yet again I have now received a fourth email telling me the Coat is on the way, two saying, the package will be late due to large back order and another two telling me if package does not arrive email them. I tried to cancel the order before they said they posted and told wait for Coat and follow return instruction, they lie, and cheat do not use them.

I would give this brand 0 stars if I could. Placed an order 2 weeks ago and then I get this email where “it looks like it might be a couple of weeks delay on top of the usual shipping time…”, even after paying priority shipping. This place is a scam, the person behind it does not know what she’s doing, she’s just interested in the money and no care for the actual product or customers. What a shame

Item never arrived - customer service never got back to me and I am now trying to get my money back via PayPal

Ordered on June 14, I reached out because I haven’t received any shipping confirmation. Now I understand why, because I’ve been scammed. I wish I Had did my research before hand like I usually do.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

- the dresses were 3 weeks late
- the dresses did not fit and were not a good match to the pictures
- the refund price was more expensive than the dress itself.
- when contacting, i was told I have to pay for return postage, even though the reason for returning was because the package was late in the first place due to their errors.

I ordered the lux tracksuit and it is far from lux. Will not order anything again.

Ordered a dress for my bday over $50 the dress came almost 2 months later terrible quality/ugly dress very disappointed. Customer service couldn’t care less. DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing... that said I received the order and the item is really nice, but barely a size 10 for an XL. Too small, too short and I've been trying to get a return label and the email requests are just ignored. Will be starting a Section 75 claim with my credit card company if this last attempt also fails

The worst experience with online orders!!!!
I have ordered 2 dresses one month ago and i still havent got them.
And today i received an email from them that no one is present to accept the delievery , in the meantime i havent got any call from them.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY🤢

Do not buy from this site! Bought a tracksuit and the quality was awful and so small that it wouldn’t fit a child.
Again, do not buy from this appalling site

disgusting customer service. I ordered from them 4 weeks before I needed the dress, 4 weeks later my item still wasn’t dispatched, emailed them twice asking them to cancel my order… they sent the order anyway so now I will have to pay to return it after it arrives… great customer service.

I would give this company 0 stars. Dresses were all completely see through. I spent about $200. Needed to return the dresses. Was given a return address to North Carolina. Paid for the shipping return. They’re telling me they refuse to refund me if I don’t give them the tracking number. I supplied both order numbers and reasons for return within the package sent back. They won’t even attempt to confirm whether they’ve received the package or not. They only request tracking number. The whole system seems fraudulent and unregulated. When it returns to the warehouse why wouldn’t it be documented so consumers can receive the refund.

I made the payment a week ago. I received no tracking information. I tried to contact them via their chat and email address but no reply!
I checked the reviews too late!

This website is impossible to make returns. I emailed them repeatedly for a month before they finally sent me a return address, not even a return label. Also, every response was automated until I finally got one that was rude:
"Return the order then we do not know what you need more."
Like how can I return it with no information to return??? Also I ordered a size small in the dress because that is my normal size and the cups were so tiny. The dress wasn't amazing quality for how expensive it was and was not very flattering.

The dress finally came!! The dress is stunning well good for the price and FREE DELIVERY!!! Better quality than other websites i’ve ordered from!!
