Excellent throughout
Ordered two dresses with next day shipping for my daughter to try for a gig. The sizing tool suggested different sizes for the dresses and it was absolutely correct. She chose one and I returned the other - very easy process, tracked throughout and the refund came sooner than expected. Quality was great too. Can’t fault them at all. Would definitely buy from Disturbia again.

Love the clothing! Different materials are being used, so check the details to see if the material is something you like. Disturbia has clothing in many styles, most of which I love and have trouble finding anywhere else.
The website is clear and easy to use, and I received all orders very quickly. Very happy with my hauls, and will definitely order again!

Return item take over 2 weeks and still…
Return item becomes of the quality and sizes. It take over 2 weeks and still no refund. This is the longest return process I ever experienced. I may have to open the case on PayPal.

Having looked into this for you, your returns and refund were processed on the 13th July back to your original payment method, as this was a banking provider, we say to allow 3-5 working days to receive this back with yourself.

Honestly I had such a good experience with Disturbia. It's more expensive than where I was getting my clothes recently but it was worth it. The sizes were reliable (dresses 14, corset tops 16 as I have a larger bust) and the quality good (none have immediately fallen apart). Also they look SO GOOD I have been getting lots of compliments from people and I just feel really pretty in them. My first order arrived and then I immediately ordered my second. It won't be good for my bank account but I would recommend. Top tier.

Beautiful clothes, but not made for all body types.
I absolutely love Disturbia's clothing—the designs are beautiful, unique, and high quality. They are expensive, but the bigger issue is that I only end up keeping around 10% of what I order because the clothes simply don't cater to my body type.
My biggest frustration is the lack of body diversity on the website. Every model seems to be tall and slim, with no petite or plus-size representation. As a result, it's incredibly difficult to judge how an item will fit unless you have that exact body type.
In 2026, brands should be doing better. Please be more inclusive by featuring models of different heights, sizes, and body shapes, and by designing clothing that caters to a wider range of people. Not only would this make customers feel seen, but I'm sure it would also reduce returns. If shoppers could see how clothes look on different body types, they'd be far less likely to order multiple sizes or styles just to find something that works.
Disturbia has beautiful clothes, but until they become more inclusive in both their designs and their representation, I'll continue returning the vast majority of what I buy because it simply isn't made for my body.
