Beautiful clothes, but not made for all body types.
I absolutely love Disturbia's clothing—the designs are beautiful, unique, and high quality. They are expensive, but the bigger issue is that I only end up keeping around 10% of what I order because the clothes simply don't cater to my body type.
My biggest frustration is the lack of body diversity on the website. Every model seems to be tall and slim, with no petite or plus-size representation. As a result, it's incredibly difficult to judge how an item will fit unless you have that exact body type.
In 2026, brands should be doing better. Please be more inclusive by featuring models of different heights, sizes, and body shapes, and by designing clothing that caters to a wider range of people. Not only would this make customers feel seen, but I'm sure it would also reduce returns. If shoppers could see how clothes look on different body types, they'd be far less likely to order multiple sizes or styles just to find something that works.
Disturbia has beautiful clothes, but until they become more inclusive in both their designs and their representation, I'll continue returning the vast majority of what I buy because it simply isn't made for my body.

shipping was great and i love my items but one of my shirts did not have the charm sewn to it like it was supposed to. i got 2, 1 gray and 1 purple and the purple one didnt have it :( bummer but i can sew my own charm onto it i suppose. still a cute shirt.

I unfortunately had to cancel my order before it was received, but the customer support staff was SO helpful and responsive!! 90% of my wardrobe consists of disturbia clothing and that is because the quality is mostly good. The sizing generally makes sense and is consistent. I barely ever have issues but when I do, the customer service is great and offers reasonable solutions. I often get compliments for my clothes. I wash my clothes after every use and I'm surprised at how nice the fabric stays even after 100+ washes. I would generally recommend disturbia clothing and the stuff I wear has inspired friends of mine to shop there too. They are frequent customers by now. Speaks for itself.
