Am only on month two of Ditto but definitely feeling a bit of a difference already… hoping this just improves and improves.

I’ve suffered with period pains and endometrioma since the age of 13. I’ve always had painful periods, some worse than others where I would be vomiting, fainting and so on. I’d plan my life around my period, cancelling events because I was in too much pain and feeling depressed that no one else around me could understand. Feeling like my own body wasn’t even mine and just being in so much discomfort.
The doctors told me my bloating that looked like I’m 6-7 months pregnant was normal. Paracetamol and ibuprofen didn’t even touch the sides in reducing pain.
I’ve been taking ditto for almost 1 year and I couldn’t be more thankful, some months are still tough but what I’ve noticed the most is the consistency in my mood. Previously my PMS was terrible, I would feel extremely emotional, irrational and low the week before my period. Ditto has really helped my day to day life quality and I don’t dread having my period anymore.

I've been taking Ditto for over 6 months and I definitely notice a difference. I am not bloated every month and I have little to no best tenderness. Period pain is significantly reduced, though I still experience mood swings. On top of that, I love the packaging and the little pot. It's remarkable that I manage to remember to take them daily, but I do! I love the ritual of it, the orange scented tabs and the beautiful pot they live in. It's an all round lovely experience and feels like great self care. Worth the money, even if it does feel like a big investment. Also, their comms/email team are lovely and speedy woth email responses to queries :)

I suffer from ENDO and horrific periods and after just two months on Ditto I finally have my life back.
Ditto improved my life so much by reducing my mood swings and anger. The pain is now bearable and not crippling. And the inflammation and bloating is so much better.

Having struggled with PMS/PMDD for as long as I can remember, I’ve tried countless methods to help manage my symptoms. Unfortunately, nothing ever really made a noticeable difference—especially when it came to the intense mood swings, high agitation, low motivation, and dark thoughts in the week leading up to my period.

I came across Ditto supplements around 12 weeks ago and wanted to complete the full recommended course before sharing my thoughts. Honestly, I now feel compelled to spread the word for anyone else dealing with PMDD.

I have tried pretty much every PMDD treatment other than chemically-induced menopause, and this supplement is the only thing that has shown results for me. It's not some dodgy snake oil from a cash-grabbing supplement company - this has reduced the symptoms of PMDD so much so that I didn't even realise I was getting my period until I saw it. And from someone who has suffered extreme PMS for over 15 years, I can't express the relief I feel from not having to go through that horrific week for once.

Life without DITTOs was horrific for me. I am diagnosed PMDD, and these supplements have helped me mind body & soul. I can function in my luteal, my energy, clarity and focus is much better. My pains have eased, and I’m no longer spending days in bed like I used to every month on my luteal.
I started noticing the benefits straight away, but maybe 60/70% symptoms gone in first month. I’m in my 4th month now and my symptoms are 99% gone! I feel amazing. I feel like they have saved my life, trying to take different supplements separately was so difficult and to have everything I need all in one capsule is so good! I recommend these to everyone now!

Incredible stuff! One month in, it has already changed my cycle. First time in months I have actually been surprised by my period because I wasn’t living in a cloud of dread for a week before it came. The formulation is incredible for me and my very sensitive IBS gut.

So as a PT I am always a bit dubious about supplements.

But after basically hitting a dead end with NHS treatment for PMDD after 5 years I was suggested to look into several supplements that could be useful.

DITTO not only hit those supplements but also offered more I had not considered. After about 6 months on DITTO I could not recommend it enough. For me I have found a profound reduction of PMDD symptoms - transforming my mood and pre menstural phase from chaos to pretty calm.

I take it alongside a contraceptive pill and whilst I still feel the slight shifts in my (ultimately not typical or predictable cycle) it is no where near as noticeable as it used to be from a mood, pain or bloating perspective.

Finally, just a little thing but I really do love the packaging and monthly subscription model - I feel so cute taking my morning supps now haha!

All I can say is THANK YOU DITTO - an absolute gamechanger!

Am I the only person these made zero difference for?! 😩. Been taking them 3+ months now. I’m on my 4th period since taking them and have notice no difference whatsoever in how heavy my period is and how bad my mood is in the days before my period. Totally gutted as they’re not cheap and having read all the amazing reviews I was really expecting to see a big change.

I was skeptical at first as worried it was another "too good to be true things" off facebook being advertised, but as i've got PCOS and suspected PMDD and tried everything 95% of birth control and they still gave me whack as fk side effects (felt like i was on speed and sucislideal) and not having the ones where they are hard to get taken out once in or the injection, i thought fk it, i'll give anything a go at this point to not hate my friends/everyone just before my period. Girls. GIRLS. This is night and day. im 3 months in and came on 2 days ago, other than cramping and feeling the hormones kick in. NO PARANOIA! NO HATING PEOPLE! Just typical period tiredness and wanting to eat lots of chocolate. Honestly wish i had known about this sooner, yes it's on the expensive side but i'll happily pay 30 quid a month to not experience the mental health hell my body put me through and had to hide myself away for a week <3

I hope you have the same results if you try and finally get back to having a good life regardless of your cycle

I product I couldn’t be without, I have been taking Ditto for around 4/5 months now and can honestly say I have noticed a huge change in my moods pre/post period which was the main reason for trying Ditto and it has had such a positive impact also noticed Less bloating, cravings, and my skin also seems a lot better?
