Item was good quality and promptly delivered.
The item I ordered was perfect and delivered promptly. There was a slight error with the delivery as part of the order was missing. However once I contacted them they realised the error and rectified it immediately. Would certainly use them again.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of the product & items included.
I've knocked off one star because after reading the reviews I realised there might be a problem regarding getting my photo on the card. Despite messaging the company before to double check my card was printed without my photo.
The company telephoned me to offer my card to be reprinted so top stars for their response! I still wish they'd waited for my photo first.

It states clearly that the virtual cards are within our droneidcard app. The lovely images clearly show this with screen shots of the actual app and the virtual cards. It also states that you get a free virtual card with every physical card you purchase. You have given us a two star review because you cant read.

After looking at the log files and a conversation with you over the phone, you had updated the order accidentally and most likely by using the back button in your browser and clicking the save button again. You have since updated the artwork and we have reprinted it.
It took a few days to respond to your complaint as it was over the bank holiday whilst we were shut and on re-opening we had a significant number of orders to process.
