What a disgrace.
Staff left unpaid, contracts left unfulfilled.
Customers left without the service they paid for.
Directors left ashamed and proven failures with little acumen
They should hide their faces in shame.

We were looking to renew our mortgage and needed some guidance to break away from renewing with our current lender. We were introduced to Lee Smith who was brilliant at explaining the options available to us and how we could look to make a deal that catered to our circumstances. Really happy with the ease and speed of the whole process which seemed so daunting before Lee got involved. We'll look to stick with him for years to come. Thanks Lee!!

What an amazing company, I have been using my mortgage decisions for some years now any cannot praise them enough. Adam my mortgage advisor is the nicest most professional person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Nothing was ever to much trouble, always explaining everything, going above and beyond for us. I would never trust anyone else with my mortgage. If I could give ten stars I would.

We had renovated an old building and was ready to transfer the build mortgage to a residential mortgage. Unfortunately we had been given wrong advice by another company which had led to the process being delayed for several months. I contacted Your Mortgage Decisions and Johnathan was allocated our case. He was clear from the beginning as to the process and he spent time going through what we did and didn’t want and was able to advise of our options and of the current mortgage products that would meet our needs. Within a week he was able to present us with the information, and he also kept in contact with us if if the mortgage products changed. Johnathan was able to support us to transfer to another mortgage product within 6 weeks and the bonus is that it is a better product than we had previously been informed we could apply for and it allows us to pay our mortgage off sooner. Johnathan was always professional and always answered my questions (which there were a lot of) and he always made sure he contacted me back within 24hrs.
