Mark Collins is an excellent mortgage broker providing a service to us that no other broker had came close to. He has extensive knowledge of niche products within the mortgage market and his years of experience enabled us to secure a mortgage that suits our needs very well. Without a doubt we could not have done it without him as our situation presented very significant challenges. Richard Beck built a relationship with me, and built my trust. He knows his stuff. He was on hand to explain anything via what’s app 24/7 if I had any concerns he’d chase an answer for me. I first spoke with Rich 12 months ago, before I had even picked a property and he spent time going through all my options, with no pressure to push forward at all.

Fast forward 6 months, and we were confronted with some challenging past circumstances meaning my initial offers were poor. Despite this, Rich had the patience of a preschool teacher and worked hard scouring the mortgage world to find what eventually would be the perfect deal for me at a budget I'm happy with.

The only issue now, is I have to pay for the house, but I can't really hold Rich to that one, as I did know what I was getting Into, haha.

10/10 would recommend to a friend, it's been an absolute pleasure and will be looking forward to working with him again at remortgage time!

We have just completed our re-mortgage with an amazing help of Lee Smith who held our hand throghout the whole process (it was our first experience including re-payment of Help to Buy loan). In these confusing economic times. I turned to Mortgage decisions and Mark Collins to advise on my remortgage. His advice was creative, considered my personal circumstances and places and looking towards retirement planning , puts me in a better position than I could have imagined.
