This is our 3rd remortgage with Your Mortgage Decisions, at our last remortgage we had an amazing advisor, unfortunately we found out he had moved on to another company so we had to have someone else, having such a good rapport with Dean we were a little worried about having someone new, however we should not have worried at all, from the moment of speaking to Rich we built up a great rapport, he got what we wanted and put a great deal together for us, we were kept in the loop all the way through via WhatsApp, he understood our sense of humour and we have had some funny conversations, our remortgage has gone on longer than some would through no fault of Rich but the fault of the lease holder, even during this he kept us updated.
I would absolutely not only recommend Your Mortgage Decision’s but specifically Richard Beck, he has been great from start to finish!!

Mark Cunningham excellent advisor…
I contacted Mark Cunningham who had secured a mortgage for me some years ago. I also have a Buy to Let Mortgage which was steadily increasing month by month. I was not sure if it was possible to get a better deal or fixed price mortgage with a buy to let. I contacted Mortgage Decision/Mark Cunningham and I received a call back very quickly. Mark was able to review where I was now, what my request was and came back with a deal that I am extremely happy with. The deal allows me to save over a hundred pounds and gives me time to plan for the future of the property. In addition, it also means I do not have to pass the rising cost of the mortgage on to my tenant. I contacted Mortgage Decisions mainly to deal with Mark Cunningham based on my first experience and I have since recommended him to others who have equally been more than pleased with his advice.
