Absolutely amazing smooth way to do things
Absolutely amazing. Started work, luckily, 5-6 months before mortgage renewal was due. Had Lee Smith as my advisor. He came round, explained everything in an easy to understand way and answered all questions. Didn't take him long at all to find me a very good deal. Kept in contact every month or so, keeping me up-to-date and checking all of the paperwork was coming through.

Our case was dealt by Mark Collins.
As always Mark Collins was professional and provided brilliant and complete service. We contacted Mark with our request for additional funds for urgent repairs and refurbishments. Mark started working instantly with the information request. The information requested was reviewed promptly and missing information dealt with to ensure completeness. 100% recommendation
I was very sceptical about using a company to arrange our re-mortgage, I have dealt with someone in the past and felt pressured into having the mortgage they wanted me to have! I could not of been more wrong though, Lee Smith was fantastic, he took the time to get to know our family & our financial situation & what we wanted out of our mortgage. He came back fairly quickly & got us everything we wanted, which we were really not expecting. It was by no means a straight forward re-mortgage & we hit a lot of big issues along the way, regarding the deeds to our house & unfortunately a really bad valuation due to our extension not being completed, but each time Lee reassured me & came back with a solution. We are that confident in the service we received we decided to take out the lifetime service, so we are safe in the knowledge that Lee can work his magic every time we have to go through this process. We also had a life insurance review & sorted our Wills out, it made it so much more stress free knowing Lee was sorting it all out for us. We also received amazing service from other people we dealt with in the company, we can’t recommend Lee & the team enough!!!

Lee Smith really helped me re mortgage, something I thought was near impossible, I've got a bad credit history and being a foster carer, well the banks don't like it. He was very informative and helpful and contacted me all the time to keep me informed, all in all I would highly recommend him.

Richard Beck was great
Richard Beck was great. Second time using the company and yet again great service. Richard sorted my mortgage and was at the other end off the phone anytime I needed him. Forget this Monday to Friday rubbish, Richard was there evenings and weekends when I was free. Excellent service. Will be using Richard again for all my financial needs.
