Great bed and great service
The first bed I ordered didn't fit up my stairs and they quickly arranged to change the order to one which came in two pieces instead. It arrived quickly and it's a lovely comfortable bed that looks great. Can't fault it.

Door step delivery , hell no !!!!!!
Very good , quantity matteress and very good prices , very helpful on the phone , but the delivery guy needs some help , if my son wasn’t home that day I couldn’t have got it up the stairs alone , as was told it was doorstep delivery. Make sure they confirm it will be taken upstairs when you order.

Very straightforward ordering and a quick response.

Great bed, easy to put together, very please with it, sturdy and good finish, and can highly recommend. delivery service was not great but the customer service was amazing, they even sorted out my query on a Saturday when store was closed.

Could have been 5stars if instructions had been included. Otherwise a very good experience. Good quality for money . Am quite satisfied but no instructions were included with order. No literature whats so ever. I would suggest this company to others if this was rectified.
