Garden set arrived within time specified. On putting the chair together one of the srew holes had a solder drip down the thread so not able to attach arm of chair. Contacted the company via chat and got an immediate response, couldn't be more helpful. Sent out a replacement chair arm straight away.
Very pleased with garden set. Good value for money. Customer service excellent.

The set arrived within a few days which was impressive, the set is smaller than we expected, but this is not an issue because we are not tall. I think my 6ft 4 inch son in law would find it both too low and not deep enough in the seat. However, I do have a problem with the front panel of the sofa, it has a row of ugly stables all the way across the front, which will pluck at clothing.

I ordered a Soho garden set plus cover and I was very impressed with the speedy order processing and great communication. Top marks from me!

Delivery was as stated and I must admit
the quality was actually better than I expected. Easy to assemble, sturdy,comfortable and looks great.
What more can you ask for.

Delivery was very quick (3 days) however we had no idea it was being delivered as we’d had no correspondence, it was sheer luck we arrived home just in time as the driver was about to drive off. As regards the furniture, very pleased with it.

Always dubious about ordering from a company I've never heard of but ordered the aluminium sofa set £499.
Ordered on 22/8 courier company called on 23/8 to ask when I wanted del it came on 25/8. What can I say, service excellent and sofa set perfect as in picture and a great price. Well done Devine Outdoors would definitely use again.

Ordered on the Sunday and delivered within 48 hours.
Assembly was easy and straight forward with the included Allen key.

Quick delivery and good communication. Not as big and sturdy as expected. Recommend you check dimensions carefully pre buying. Not sure how many years it will last 😥
