I ordered dining set covers from them. Covers are superb. It fit so well 👍🏻

I purchased 4 seater dining table cover.They sent me such a low quality cover which is not even fitting my table.
I tired to check with the customer service but they denied doing so..and asking for 520 more for an exchange. Such a fraud company.
The customer service is so rude.
The quality is so low.

I ordered 2+1 seater sofa cover on May 6th, I haven't received any updates, now it's June 1st 2024. No one responding to my text or calls. There is no customer care number or anything. Recommend to Never buy anything in this kind of websites. I paid my advance no one returned my advance neither order. Felt so bad with this order.

Cheater and fraud company, I was ordered dining six seater cover with dining table cover on 6 may 2024. I recieved today 16th may 2024, firstly the delivery boy was so unprofessional his very rude. I will paid 1200 rs. When I opened my parcel and Iam very disappointed. The dining table cover is only simple cloth not given and attachment for fix it and chair cover was not for in my chairs. I will searching customer care number and call , and explain my issue but the executive was so nonsense his denay to resolve my problem and said no return and exchange are possible. He suggested me to give more money then he delivered 2399 rs.set, I was surprised and want to talk seniors he transfer my call to senior and mr.Mohan talk to me and he said to send me ur chairs pics and measurements, he give me his personal number also but when I call that number it's not correct. Iam so fed up to try call and msg but no response, at evening he msg me "verse hee ata hai

Once you order it, they'll send wrong product - Pattern change, size incompatible etc.

Then, you'd want to return it and get refund -
Company promises to send other item or get customization done and charge extra.

Ultimately, they wont respond to any of your calls. Your money is gone.

Extremely poor service. No one is receiving calls. Worst service ever. Received wrong product first of all secondly return pick up ho gya but they still have not dispatched covers. worst service ever. Don't buy anything from here.

We have ordered frilled sofa cover on 30 th of march.. We have received sofa cover without frills on 31st march.. We have received wrong item.. We have raised our problem to divine trends they have assured that replace correct product.. But later they have not responding our calls and messages..dont buy.. This is fraud company..

I bought a sofa cover 3+1+1 type and that to customized ...after communication with the divine tredz team give assurance for the best ...finally ...they standby on thier assurance..satisfied with the item..thanks to divine trendz

Absolutely horrible. These guys are 100% frauds. I had requested a return for 2 sofa covers that weren't fitting well and they obliged. I offered to pay the courier charges. They said the amount would get refunded in 7-10 days. It's been close to a month since the return was picked up and these guys are refusing to refund the amount. They neither answer calls nor respond to any messages. The negative reviews are absolutely genuine. These guys for all you know give good reviews themselves as a publicity strategy and to gain more traction. Their quality is below average.

Fraud company with cheap products. I had purchased table and chair covers and found to be too small. I asked them to replace it or refund. No after sales customer service. You lose your money. Please do not purchase any thing from them. Worst experience.

This is fraud site. The way they advertise is very different compare to the actual product. Very poor quality. Upon asking for return/exchange response was pathetic. I exchanged a product and the one which I recieved after exchange is worser than the one before. Request if anyone trying order from this site please stop. One of the worst exp. It's been more then a month I have been waiting for refund of 2100 thy tend not to pick my phone .. they check msgs on whatsapp and don't respond..thy have played twice with my money delivered wrong size and then again 2nd time also thy delivered the same piece after charging 300rs more on 1800and since thn thy have stopped responding. One of the worst exp. I would not recommend anyone .
