The worst site ever seen . They are literally frauds it's been 1month since I have place my order . Till date no response from customer care for my exchange . Don't receive calls. Don't give proper feed back . I have invested near around 5k in this site . Not returning my amount also . If there would have been any ration in negetive I would have rated -10 to this website

Very poor service, I didn't receive my order since last 2 months, customer care no. Not responding proper , they are saying me to cancel the order in tracking I'd it is pending at manifested level since last 20 days

Mujhe doubt tha ye fake toh nahi hoga! But jab mujhe order deliver hua! Aur woh bhi time pe hua! Jab maine quality and fitting dekha toh mujhe behad pasand aaya. Main ise aapko bhi recommend karuga. Worth of money!

I was very impressed! My sofa had small holes on it! And as independent lady managing all expenses and buying new sofa was little risky! But here I got my covers in very affordable price and my sofa is also looking new, nice product, good customer service👍

I have bought covers from them before also! But this time when i ordered they have treated me and my order so well! The customer executive Shiv was so kind and polite with me! Even he guided me properly to checkout and even i received my sofa covers. I just want to thank them and I highly recommend this product.

They did fraud with us, we ordered dinning table,L shape sofa and 3&2 seater sofa covers. L shape sofa covers were fine enough but the dining table and 3&2 seater sofa covers were horrible they were not fitting in our sofa before ordering they video called us and asked the measurement we gave them the correct and exact measurement and we also asked them that will u send the sofa covers according to our choice they said yes but when the covers arrives they were short and not fitting in our sofa and dinning table
we called them and complained about the covers and they said that we are gonna call in 5 minutes but they didn't called back we also messaged them many a times but they didn't reply even after seeing them.
After 1 day we called them again they said that we will call u back in 5 mins but we didn't even get a single call or a message today is the 4th day we didn't get a call. They are showing something else in the videos and sending something else , they are just making us a fool Please I recommend not to order from them

Fraud website

Would not even give one star if I could. We ordered one three-seater cover, one two-seater cover, one table cover & four chair covers. We were told that they would take 3-4 days for delivery & the package took 3 weeks to arrive after a lot of badgering. Customer service is basically non-existent. They do not answer calls & when they do, they keep making silly excuses for weeks. If you get frustrated, they act like they are the ones who have been wronged & tell you that you're being rude. The few times they answered the calls, they said that, "It's being dispatched today, will arrive in 2 days." It wouldn't happen & the cycle would start over. After demanding a refund again & again, they finally dispatched the package & even then, one chair cover was missing.

If I was given an option I would choose NO STAR at all. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OF NO USE.
I had order chair covers but they didn't go well with my furniture and wanted to exchange for another one.
I called them up after 2 days itself and told them the same and they told they would call me back.
BUT THEY NEVER DID.
When I ordered they called regularly to update regarding the package but once it was delivered there was no response from them.

The worst part is I had to follow up multiple times to ask them.
I had called them for the 3rd or 4th time after 1 week since I received the package, and with NO SHAME THEY SAID THAT THE RETURN POLICY DOESN'T HOLD ANYMORE. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS.

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS DONT READ CUSTOMER REQUESTS, THE PRICING THEY QUOTED ME DOES NOT MATCH WHAT THEY ARE ADVERTISING ON THIS PLATFORM AND ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS THEY FLOODED MY INBOX WITH IMAGES OF ALL OF THEIR FABRICS WHEN I WAS SPECIFICALLY REQUESTING ONE FABRIC DESIGN IN PARTICULAR. WHEN ADDRESSED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS BEING DISRESPECTFUL. IM SORRY BUT IF IM GOING TO INVEST MONEY WITH YOUR COMPANY I NEED TO KNOW THAT YOU ARE LISTENING TO MY REQUESTS AFTERALL, I AM THE PAYING CUSTOMER.

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY
